T.J. Maxx — Attraction in West Milford

Annette is friendly and was extremely helpful finding me a bargain shirt and slacks for a new job. I was focused on and given good advice as far as my size. She deserves a promotion!

There was some hidden gem, reasonably priced polo shirts and dress pants Annette found them right away she was personable as well as all the staff was extremely courteous.

2 years ago I was shocked when I could not find a blue dress shirt cheaper than $35 I believe a lot of people don't have that kind of money in West Milford to spend on a shirt but this time I was lucky to get Annette to help me skim through the clearance aisles to find me something I could afford I never in the past would have shopped at t.j.Maxx because of how expensive they were my last experience but after today I will be returning to see the wonderful staff and the...

Don't go here! I stood at the jewelry counter for ten minutes, directly in front of the jewelry clerk, and was ignored the entire time! Then when I tried to speak with the "manager", if that is what you can even call him, he was even more rude, argued with me and basically told me that I am in the wrong and gave his employee every excuse in the world. The time I went there before this, the fitting room attendant was rude and had attitude! This place has horrible customer service! Managers aren't doing their job and would rather blame their CUSTOMERS, instead of being "managers" and managing the situation!...

They sell defective merchandise at this location. I bought cooking utensils washed them, put them in the dryer rack, put a load of laundry to wash, came back to the kitchen and they were rusted in addition to rusting my new cutlery from contact. Went to return them explained the situation to the cashier, she push the items and receipt back to me and said when are not taking them back they are used. She went over her manager in doing so.
