I tend to write very long reviews so for those looking for a quick note; i give it a 2 thumbs upā¦join now! The coaches, staff and members are all professional and welcoming. Everyone has been so helpful and motivating. It really is like being a part of Cheers! But a healthy version lol. Everyone might not actually know my name and vice versa but it is a genuine home away from home vibe. We all encourage each other to challenge ourselves. I never wanted to do crossfit. I found it intimidating and i just never thought i wanted to do any of these crazy things i thought of when i thought of crossfit. For sure i had no desire to lift weights but to my surprise I ended up loving it all. I came for a trial class because my husband had been wanting to join and wanted me to try it so I did. I was nervous, threw up twice, but pushed thru and came back. At the end of the trial classes i felt more comfortable about the process and being a beginner that I could actually do it. We both joined and been doing it for 2 mths now. I literally canāt say one bad thing about it, its a love hate relationship. I dread the workouts sometimes but then love how i feel after and hate when i miss a class. On another note some important things to me: The schedule is very flexible, the place is also very clean and the open environment is great. If you are thinking whether this is for you or not or whether to attend this gym I say stop thinking, call Angie (sheās awesome) today and make an appointment. Try it! Its not for everyone but Iām confident you...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been attending CrossFit classes for a while, and while I have experience with kettlebells and dumbbells, Iām new to barbell work and powerlifting techniques. I attended two classes at this gym, and my experiences were very different.
The first class with Coach Brian was excellent. He was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to teach me proper powerlifting techniques. I learned a lot and felt motivated to keep improving in that area. Brian fostered a positive and supportive environment, which made me feel welcome, even though Iām new to this style of lifting.
Unfortunately, my experience the next day was quite the opposite. The other coach made the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming. He stated that anyone without prior CrossFit experience should not be attending the class, which I found surprising, as Iām eager to learn and improve my skills. He also told me that I wouldnāt be allowed to continue attending unless I paid $190 for private lessons, which made me feel uncomfortable and excluded.
If this gymās model is geared towards private lessons only, that should be made clear from the start, as itās not a welcoming space for those trying to integrate into the community and learn new skills. I strongly suggest ClassPass and the gym reevaluate how they handle new members. Iād recommend this gym consider sticking to private lessons if they donāt want to accommodate those still learning through their...
