My Gym — Attraction in West Orange

We recently celebrated our son’s 2nd birthday at My Gym, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! We had over 20 kids present, and despite the chaos, the staff remained engaged and attentive the entire time. The kids had an incredible time, and I’ve never seen my son smile so much. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special, recognizing and engaging with my son multiple times throughout the event. Their attentiveness and genuine care made him feel like the star of the show.

The games and activities were perfectly tailored for the age group, keeping all the little ones entertained and happy. It was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into planning the activities, ensuring they were both fun and safe for the kids. The joy and laughter that filled the room were truly heartwarming.

The only minor downside was the restriction on the type of pizza we could order, which wasn’t to my personal taste. However, this small issue was far outweighed by the overall amazing experience. The staff’s dedication, the well-organized activities, and the sheer happiness on my son’s face made it a day to remember.

I highly recommend My Gym for any child’s birthday celebration. We just celebrated my daughter, Valentina's 1st birthday, at My Gym in West Orange and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience! From the very first moment we booked, Denise, the director, was unbelievably patient and accommodating. Every single question or request we had, the answer was always “yes,” and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and stress-free.

Our theme was "Isn't she lovely, isn't she ONEderful" decorated with bows, and Denise even helped us track down items to bring the theme to life. She didn’t just stop there—she personally assisted me with all of the decorations, making sure everything looked beautiful so that I could truly relax and enjoy the day with my family and guests. That level of care and thoughtfulness is so rare, and it meant the world to us.

Chris, who co-hosted with Denise, was also incredible with the kids—so fun, energetic, and engaging. Together, they created such a warm, joyful atmosphere where the kids had a blast and the parents could just sit back and enjoy.

The staff made this milestone celebration not only memorable but completely stress-free. If you’re considering where to celebrate your child’s special day, do not hesitate—My Gym West Orange is the place. They will go above and beyond to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of and more!

The staff were wonderful! My 7 month old had a great experience today. Shout out to your staff - The African American lady at front desk was so kind and cheery, as was the African American young man who led the class, very bubbly with a huge smile the whole time. Great enthusiasm from both. There was time for short bursts of free play then great skill based group activities led by the teachers throughout, such as: swinging on swings together, practicing balance and core strength, sitting in a truck and going down the slide, bubbles, singing with a puppet, playing with balls and dancing. There is a small rock climbing area, trampoline, ball pit etc. Th ere were about 8 other babies and they all interacted together. Lots of parking (though the parking lot is huge and personally feels scary for a lone person as it’s very quiet). Thanks for the energy and effort you clearly put in for the kids...
