I was getting coffee ( house blend) but I have to call one of the attendants to ask if she can prepare another batch of coffee, because my cup was partially filled. I waited until all the procedures of preparing and waiting for the machine to end brewing with my half of a cup of coffee.(about 7 minutes)After the machine finished the process I asked if I could get a cup of the just finished coffee since the one (half a cup) I had it was already cold. She said I have to pay extra $1 if I want to get a cup of hot coffee . I don’t think it is fair that I had to pay extra to have a hot cup of coffee when this kind of situation happens, but you judge and be aware or lucky enough to be able to get a whole cup of coffee without having to wait to end filling your cup, charged extra and having to also deal with waiting time plus the rudeness of the attendant who told me that the owner told her she is supposed to charge extra in this case of a situation. While I was waiting one of the attendees commented sarcastically “I’ll pay the dollar “ because I was trying to explain my coffee got cold in the process and asking if I can replace the cold coffee. I hope the owner if happens to read this review will consider this complaint to take another approach when a client asks for something reasonable like asking to leave satisfied with a hot cup of coffee paid at the regular price no extra charge when this kind of situation happens. I left unhappy and uncomfortable with the attendant comment🥴is not the act of paying a dollar if it is my fault but fairness if isn’t. The most bizarre and unprofessional events took place on a Saturday afternoon about 45 min before closing time. I ordered a cold sandwich and I see that the cashier rang me up for about $14.00. I asked her what exactly is she ringing me up for and she tells me that she’s ringing me up for other things as well. The cashier tells Rosa (the person who took my order and was also making my sandwich) that I didn’t ask for the other things and Rosa had all the attitude in the world and kept making nasty gestures and mouthing off saying (in Spanish) that I did tell her that I wanted those other items, etc. To their surprise, I’m a fluent Spanish speaker. When I told Rosa in Spanish “I didn’t tell you I wanted those other things, I only told you that I wanted a sandwich.”, she literally looked me in the face and rudely said “you did tell me you wanted the other things” My fiancé and I couldn’t believe it. Even he was trying to tell her that he heard what I said and that I didn’t ask for anything but a sandwich. Rosa continued having her attitude and turned her back on my husband. I told the cashier to cancel my order and I just left.
Bagel box needs to get it together and hire people with better customer service skills. All that attitude was uncalled for. She did not even start preparing the other things that she claimed...

Few days ago I & co workers ordered a few things from them and they completely mixed up the orders some where burnt or just not even close to what was ordered. The following time I ordered and after 45 mins past the time it was supposed to be here ( time from the confirmation email) I called to see how much longer it would be only to find out they never even made it. Not even apology over the phone. Never ordering from here again.
I tried giving this place a second chance and just sat here for over two hours to only find out they never even got my order for me and my coworkers. All I could hear in the background was My Milke Shake Brings All The Boys To The Yard. This is the most unprofessional business i have ever dealt with.
