I have been a customer with Western Pest Services for nearly a decade. When the technicians come to my home, I am always pleased by their demeanor and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with my local branch manager, Mr. Steve Swanson, is not as positive. A billing discrepancy arose whereby I was being overcharged for services. I called and we renegotiated a lower, fairer price. However, Mr. Swanson never bothered to make the change in the system. Hence, this is the third time that I have been incorrectly overcharged for my service. For the third time in a row, I have had to call the office and insist that I am properly credited and that Western sticks to the price we agreed upon. Again, I have no complaints about the technicians, but the branch manager, Mr. Swanson, strikes me as insincere and inattentive to his customers. Read moreWe've recently had got rid of our old pest control company and hired Western Pest Control and the change was amazing. Mike H. Is our tech. He's very professional and takes care of all our problems without hesitation. Mind you he deals with 8 commecial buildings that holds about 30 tenants in each. So you can imagine all the calls and complaints we receive. He takes his time at each service and askes questions and listens to each tenats issuese. It can be anything and he swiftly takes care of all concerns. He goes above and beyond and also explains what he has done to the property. He makes everyone feel comfortable and makes sure there satisfied before he leaves. Thats a big deal for us and makes my job so much easier. Thanks Mike!...
Read moreThis place is a joke when it comes to get rid of rodents. I was referred to this place by someone in West Orange. The tech came, did his assessment and put some traps. I should have known it was going to be a JOKE because they have insisted that I paid upfront before the assessment. Oh well. My fear of the mice took over my common sense. Two weeks after, the tech came to reassess not even one mouse caught. Glue, more traps this time. Same outcomes two weeks later, none caught.
