I’d give them 0 starts if I could but they deserve 1 because at least the kids had fun! I was sold a dream with this place. I planned my daughter’s birthday party here, while she had fun because she’s a toddler, the adults were harassed. When I booked this place I paid for the most expensive package, when I spoke to them on the phone they made it seem like I was getting my own private trampoline and we would have the room from 2-4:45. I get there and they ask we all arrive a half hour before 2 which makes 0 sense because we did not get the room until way later. So why make any of my party guest wait? I had my newborn with me as well, so I’m expecting to be able to leave my baby with one of his grandma’s in a quiet room while my husband and I play with our daughter. My party guest had no where to put their things, we had to leave our stuff on the floor and worry about it being stolen. They told me to bring a snack because there would be a snack station set up designated for my party, that was another lie. So I bought snacks for no reason because the toddlers didn’t get to have them until we got to the room when they were already starving. People left my daughter’s party early because they had no where to sit and the party people lied to me. The party guest also had to pay for their own food and drinks because we did not get the room until 4:10. They told everybody different times when asked what time was the room available and what was the hold up. They told us 4 the last time I asked after being frustrated I was lied to, they got us at 4:10 then rushed us out very rudely by 4:55. I should’ve been able to take my time being that I was LIED TO. They told me they would set up the balloons, they did not. The staff was extremely rude. They harassed ALL of my party guests. They kept targeting my husband who was playing with our toddler, and after the second time he ignored them. After they started with my sister, I had enough. The last time was when my toddler wanted to play in the slam dunk trampoline but she could not reach so her dad waited for her to jump to the hoop, picked her up and helped her slam the ball. They rang the whistle at him and I told them to look at how tall my daughter was, she’s 3, she can’t reach and was going to have a tantrum if she couldn’t slam the ball in a hoop. If you see a parent with a toddler use your common sense that they are fine!! My last input, why have adults pay for socks if you’re going to yell at them for playing with their kids in the place? Especially when you tell people the parents HAVE to jump with the toddler. Make it make sense. I was very let down because I was sold a dream and the good reviews must be a lie. As I said I booked the most expensive party, no reason for the disrespect and harassment. Or the lies I should’ve been told the truth from the beginning. Do not book your party here. You are seriously better off just showing up here, buying food and leaving. The party...
Read moreToday I went to Sky Zone in Bethlehem, at the Westgate Mall, and had a TERRIBLE experience! With it being the holidays, I brought my family from out of town and we spent a fortune to only have rules barked at us constantly. First of all, we spent about $200 for all of us to go and we WERE NOT ALL ABLE TO JUMP. My two year old was $16 for an hour and that was a total waste. I completely understand having rules for safety reasons, and having to follow rules but this place was just insane. We are HUGE fans of Free Fall and love all they have to offer. Free Fall is more affordable, offers more, and has a huge area for kids and parents to play.
In the SMALL area where kids/adults are able to jump, I was told that I was not able to jump with my son and that I could jump on the adult side, and he could jump on the kids side. What two year old watches their parents jump on the other side of a trampoline park? To top it all off, we were brought NEW socks to us in the middle of our session because we had Freefall socks on. Apparently, they have different tread patterns. Place was just insane. Again, very disappointed we went there with family and we could not all jump/play together.
The rules were not explained before we began jumping and overall it was just a terrible experience. As parents, we pay to go to these places to have FUN with our child. Not followed around and yelled at for anything and everything. I would absolutely never go back and do not plan on ever recommending it or taking family there again. GO...
Read moreI spoke to a manager today regarding a birthday party who was a little rude. I explained that my children have annual passes that I paid $300 in total for and one of them wants to have a birthday party here. Since I have an annual pass for them it makes sense that they not be included in the headcount. If I pay for a 15 kid party and pay for 15 friends to jump. I would totally pay for an extra pizza for my three and pay for a pitcher of soda. I was told they can’t be in the party room because the soda is unlimited for the ones included in the 15 and because of needing a head count for capacity reasons hint it would be 18 kids because 15+3 =18. I would have to pay for the 15 friends and pay an additional $66 which is $22 per child for my kids who already have a annual pass. She also told me I shouldn’t have asked the staff and I should have spoken directly to a party planner who at the time they couldn’t reach via radio and was not there the two snow days that I came with the kids. She also told me they are so busy with parties that it’s the busiest time of the year. The rest of the staff is always friendly and the last two parties I had here were great. It was a male manager who helped me plan those. As of now it makes sense to pay for the 15 friends and just order a pizza and soda for my three and let my kids jump for free. The kids won’t care that they aren’t in the party room and when all the parents ask me why the birthday boy isn’t in his own party room I will Be...
