I’ve given this Starbucks so many tries but after today I’m done going here. Every time I go, there’s something wrong with my order and I literally order the most easy thing. It’s a Tall half decaf with cream and sugar. Either they give me a grande which happens more often than not, which makes me think they’re trying to upcharge people on purpose or I get a whole decaf or a regular coffee when I said half decaf. Read moreI usually don’t have an issue when I order but my husband and I came to get some drinks we were really craving and unfortunately, they didn’t taste right and we didn’t get the chance to bring them back and have them fixed as we were on our way to important appointments. I called the store to see what could be done and when I returned to resolve the issue, the staff was very kind in helping me replace the order. Read moreI traveled to this location earlier this morning and purchased an iced matcha with 3 pumps of vanilla and strawberry cold foam. I had to turn around during my route to work to return the drink. The drink did not have any vanilla syrup and a coating of the cold foam. I was much more disappointed with the customer service as the female worker on drive thru was only interested in remaking the drink opposed to what the concern was.
