QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Bethlehem

Super disappointed. Went to the qdoba for national burrito day. There were lots of people waiting for food (one lady in line told me her daughter was waiting for an hour and had to go to work and that’s why she went to wait) then that lady just went up to the cashier and told her the situation. She was then talked to by a manager who seemed to be the only one working on food and to paraphrase- she basically said I have a whole line and other people waiting I’m not dealing with you. She was super rude to someone who already had an order with you guys and met her with the most disrespect I have seen from a customer service employee. She has red hair, she’s a manager and I think she said her name was candy? I walked out as soon as I heard this interaction. You’re losing business with her. Btw -i would have gotten a bowl and a bowl for my boyfriend plus tip...

We've waited 2 hours after ordering delivery online. Called to find out when the food is going to be made. Was told there are 2 orders ahead of us. Lady that answered the call said I can cancel the order, so we did just that. This was third time our order was delayed. First time we've ordered online for pick up- when we came the order was not ready. We've waited almost an hour to get it (I am not the person to make a scene. I wait my turn usually). Another time we've ordered delivery, and it was delayed for over an hours. Today was 3rd and last time. Fortunately there are other options in the area. Either hire more people or don't push delivery orders to the end...

I ordered a Grubhub order of a build your own bowl. Absolutely horrible. I got a full burrito instead of the bowl I ordered. They gave me black AND pinto beans when I asked for none.(I can’t eat those beans). And they gave me brown rice instead of cilantro lime. They also had no chicken so I had to get steak instead. I understand some things are out of my control, but if you’re just going to make my entire order wrong then please just don’t make my order. Very disappointed. I have also let Grubhub know about this but I just needed to put it out there that you probably won’t get what you order unless you go into the store. I also found a hair...
