On july 11.2024 i went to get surgery on this center. I was treated like a begar..! 68k insurance pay for my surgery, from the time i arrived to the time i left . The worst experience ever . I was not even greeted by staff, the RN that was in my charge dropped off the pill "pretty sure she pick them up and give the same dirty ones"). Was uffff actitud.. i ask what was wrong with her !!. I even tol her if she doesn't feel comfortable taking care of me as a pacient that she can leave and get someone else.. .. she went and tell the Doctor to do my surgery that i was been rude!!..but that not the good part ..! Lisen this place is ambulatory " once you no even wake good from the general anesthesia they trow my close on my lap and told me get dress you got to go..!! And i was still drowsy trollin in the hall. Falling that was so bad..! Patient no have any respect in this place is the first and last time i will get anyone else in Cleveland Clinic touch me..!!!the wonder the reviews are so low and correct..!!! Starting with the Doctors i spoke ..! And she was more concerned in trying to explain that everything was because the insurance company took so long in approval..? Read moreThe staff works on their own schedule and they don’t even feel the need to let you know that you’re going to be waiting 40 minutes PASSED your appointment time EVERY TIME you come in, no matter what doctor you see.
I waited for an EMERGENCY ultrasound for 40 minutes just in the waiting room then the dr came in and didn’t even check to see what was wrong, just asked if I had any questions which at that point I forgot because I was so furious and hungry and left a medical condition completely unchecked.
Today I had another ultrasound with a different dr and 15 minutes passed my appointment time I asked how far behind the dr was and was told 30 minutes passed your appointment time. I understand emergencies happen but to be waiting this long every time is not acceptable. If the doctor is running late, we should be notified when...
Read more60% of the time you won't see a doctor. You'll see a nurse or physician assistant. Their edicational background most probably won't even be in the field of medicine you're seeking professional advice in. Many times the appt. line will book you with them instead of a doctor and not even tell you. Oh, and you'll be billed as if you saw an MD. Very often you'll see a resident or fellow 1st with very little time with the actual MD you made an appt. with. Good for them, not for you. To get an actual MD appt., good luck with the 3-5 month wait for symptoms you have right now! The MDs were told (staff member told me) to see 3 more patients a day which might explain the hour + waits. This is their so called "world...
