Fantastic service in this store and in Medina, too. I needed assistance in locating a specific pattern and at both Medina's and the Westlake store, I received several return calls, texts and emails with photos and suggestions. I live in Virginia but made my initial purchase in Medina while in Ohio over the Thanksgiving holiday, so I wanted to give them my business again. It's a wonderful store and reminds me. Of my grandparents house growing up with all of the beautiful dishes and things. Now my mom and I have started new traditions with wonderful different items.
