Calespana Apartments — Attraction in Westminster

Dear Management,

We have been residing at this property for approximately six months. One of the main reasons we chose to live here was the access to community amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, and gym. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use any of these facilities since the day we moved in.

Whenever we attempt to access the clubhouse, the door is always locked. The pool and gym are also frequently closed and unavailable for use. This has significantly impacted our quality of life and raises concerns about the value we’re receiving for the rent we are paying.

These amenities were clearly shown to us during the leasing process, but they have never been available for actual use. This is highly misleading and disappointing. When we have inquired at the leasing office, we have not received any satisfactory explanation — we are simply told that “this is how the management operates.”

We respectfully request that access to the promised facilities be granted without further delay. Otherwise, we believe this situation constitutes a form of misrepresentation and we reserve the right to escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities if...

What’s happened from my bank the office from Calespana returned my check into my account . Many days me come the office tell this guy Luis Guzman many days ask the payment for renting because me afraid charges larte free me talk this guy how about payment why this check return my bank he always said my account bank go true . And this day the office send letter pay 2,395 $ now 7/1to 7/30 . Today me come this office charged me 2,500$ larter free 105$ because this guy lazy do something for me . If I can give this place 0 stars I would !!!! Very poor management !!! And New management is very rude . I lived here less than yeear , they lied about referral check that you get 500$ that was a lie , they said they sent it but never received it. When we moved into the unit double check the apartments , take PICTURES!! For backup just in case if they say there was damages apartment wasn’t properly fixed , door handle had to be replace 5 times , drawer nobs kept falling off . All this complex would do is just milk you for money ! Late fee is not worth the price , laundry mat is out service most of the time by far just worst experience!!!
