7/2/25 Went back to try again but it’s even worse. The duck meat is thinner and salad portion is smaller. No peanuts and they always put in peanut despite asked. How hard can it be to follow instruction? The bowl is smaller. I’m serious since Covid these places take advantage and really overcharge people with reduced portion. I used to say wow this place so good after I tried or when it was still new maybe 1-2 yrs ago. Now it’s bad like the rest of the restaurants out there. Less food and more expensive.

Sometimes the salad portion is good size, sometimes smaller reduced portion. It’s not consistent. They never give enough fish sauce eating there or to go as well then when not enough…they charge $1 for the extra fish sauce tiny little amount. I mean who would not give enough and yet when it’s not enough then charges people for what should’ve included in the meal. I ditched Vit Vit Vit bc of how bad they are now. Reduced portion and increased price. Seems like every restaurant is the same only better...

I promptly found an open table and ordered the "glass noodle soup and duck salad" (main entree #3) for my Wednesday breakfast. Many other customers were enjoying their meals.

As I suspected, this pairing clashed: a cool, crisp, and slightly sweet salad against savory, salty clear soup. Eating both throughout was like jarringly flipping between pure white and pitch black—a relentless assault on my poor brain.

I have had the pleasure to enjoy the delectable duck salad and the comforting vermicelli soup with bamboo shoots on multiple occasions at this restaurant. The soup, despite its richness in flavor, pleasantly surprised me with its lack of excessive oiliness. It is the epitome of a perfect choice for chilly weather or when one is feeling under the weather.
