place to avoid: i placed an order online and I took a 2 hours drive from burbank just to come here to eat. nothing but disappointed, the item I requested wasn't in stock and they REFUSED to refund me, I called them to check why did my order take so long, they said the item was out of stock. I kindly requested them to cancel the order and refund me the money, which they promised they did and they never got it done. I contacted support, the support told me I have to wait for the supervisor to override the refund in order to send it back to my card, otherwise I only get merchant credit. I would never plan to come back to this place again why do i need merchant credit? Very dissapointed, avoid coming to this place if you don't wanna be scammed, imagine if everyone getting scammed like this, they will be fat, getting money for doing absolutely nothing.

TLDR: they refused to make you food for out of stock reason, promised to refund but never did, I ended up losing...

There's a variety of Vietnamese food here, but I almost always come back for the dry Gia Lai pho, which is reflected in the name of the restaurant. The portion is huge for the price compared to any other place. I always get the chicken pho, which I think is better than the beef.

On weekend nights, they always have live music here, and it turns into a sort of bar with food, which can get really loud if you're into that sort of vibe. It’s really a hidden gem, especially since I haven’t seen any other restaurant in the area serve this particular style of pho. Mostly only Vietnamese come here, so you know it's good. I hope they improve the front outdoor seating area because it's quite dirty and smells like years...

The staff working here was very helpful and explaining the dishes as it was my first time. They offered great suggestions and the service was wonderful even though I was the last customer and sat in to dine. They play good music and the food was absolutely to die for! I was so Satisfied and full! I cannot wait to go back and eat it all again! Everything I tasted there across my palate was a true blessing to my belly 💯👼🍴 I highly recommend this place if you would like to enjoy great Vietnamese cuisine. TRULY amazing!
