Nature’s Best Market — Attraction in Westmont

The store definitely has the best produce in the area. Mariano’s and other grocery store near Nature’s best food has a nice produce section but not as nice and definitely not the best as the Nature’s best food has. There are literally variety of fresh produce. Any veggies and fruits are available. There are different kinds of greens and other kinds of veggies or fruits that cannot be usually found in the grocery store. The staff in here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She knows everything that are available inside and you could ask her if you wanted a specific veggie. All the produce they have are fresh and I could see that it has a good quality. I roam inside and I never see any or a single rotten veggie or fruits. Everything is also reasonably priced and definitely cheaper than of produce in the grocery stores near and around the place. I read all these five star reviews and they are exactly what I would have said a year or two ago. Quality matched Std Mkd and easily beat the whole place. All at about half the price! But not any more. Management has changed. Produce prices have doubled, but the real problem is that quality has gone way down. Used to be you'd rarely see a bad piece. Today you have to be very careful not to pick up something that turns out to be inedible. Very sad. This was our prime place for produce for 30 years. Not any more. I used to love this store and would give a 5 star review, but lately (for about the last 3 months) the produce has gone way downhill. It looks old, or blemished, or its huge - like everything is so chemically produced to make the largest fruits and veggies. Prices have increased a lot, a head of romaine lettuce about 3 months ago was $0.79 - $1.00, it has now increased to about $4.00, and the quality is not good.
