This place is terrible... I was supposed to receive a simple tint job for my brand new car, but they’ve managed to screw up everything. 1 month into having tints, there were bubbles everywhere. No big deal, there’s a “lifetime warranty” on the tints. I just have to drive all the way back there to get it done(50mile drive one way). Took about 5 hours to get it done and had to wait there the entire time. Get all the way home to realize the back door panels were noticeably elevated by about 1”. So they didn’t put my door panels back in properly. Great.. No big deal, they sent someone out to me to put them back properly. But wait, it looks like my speaker has tint melted on it. Nope, my speaker case was melted from their heat gun. Great.. now they need me to go back out to them to get it replaced. Mgr. Chris said it will be 30 mins. 2 hours later it gets done. I just want them to fix whatever they did to my car and be done with this horrendous experience. I’ve been noticing a rattle from my front door panels and for whatever reason, never bothered to check if those panels were ever removed. Guess what, they were, but only elevated 1/2”. Called Mgr Chris and for some reason, he makes it seem as if this is my fault. He claims it’s too far past the original installment. Then he wants me to come out to him again. Are you kidding me? How many attempts does it take to get one job done correctly? Had I known my door panels we’re removed to do this tint job, I would’ve checked to see if they were put back properly. And considering that my car was dirty from all the salt and debris, maybe I could’ve seen the melted speaker case sooner. -Waited several months to leave this review to ensure long-term windshield replacement outcome was positive, which it has been. -Started the process to replace the 2008 Acura RL windshield with another auto glass replacement Co. and was told, after dropping the car off for the repair, that they could not do the repair. They said it needed more expertise to replace. -Was referred to Auto Glass Masters (AGM) in Westmont by local Acura dealer. -Experience counts! My insurance covered the replacement and AGM made the replacement experience easy and painless from start to finish and they worked directly with my insurance company requiring less of my time to get the job done. The staff I interacted with at AGM was courteous and very knowledgeable about the specific glass replacement for my vehicle. Was even able to schedule the work at my home. A big convenience for me. -Happy to report that after several months post windshield replacement, there have been no issues. The glass and all weather stripping is secure and there is no noticeable wind noise inside the vehicle while driving. This was a concern pre-replacement given that non-OEM glass was used for the replacement. -I'm highly satisfied with Auto Glass Masters work, expertise, professionalism and their "easy to do business...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

They replaced my windshield and left some scratches on the hood so I told the owner Chris to buff it out, he denied it and said it was not related to the work and threatened to take his windshield back so I said take it back and put my old one back. So he took his windshield out and did he NOT install my old windshield back, he also left the sensors hanging look in the pics and videos of how he left the car for proof and then ran away like a thief running for his life without even informing. The scratches were clearly from the work done as it was only one person taking the windshield off.

Attached are the pics of his outrageous charges which I later found out were almost double the price of what I ended up paying.

Updated further: my deductible was only a $100, I kept telling you I will pay once the work has been completed and its you who wanted to run away by not completing the work and scamming me. Im glad i ended up taking my business elsewhere where the total was half of yours and I don’t have to deal with **bags like you anymore.
