I know they mean well. I am well aware of how busy they are, but good customer service would be asking a customer or two to hold on for a sec while you placed a phone order..if you are the only one at the front taking orders..the same why you asked me to hold on for the customers you were cashing out. I am sure they would have been just as polite and understanding as i was..after all..they had already revived and eaten tier meal..meanwhile i am sitting on the phone for 15 mines TRYING to place mine. and even after i hang up, when i call you back 3 minuet's later the line is busy becasue you have not even realized i hung up..which means i would have been on hold for almost 20 minuets trying to to give you my money.
I listened to you be polite and jovial to every person you cashed out, had i dined in, i suppose i would have received that same winning customer service. I was left feeling those of us that enjoy the food from your diner are only REALLY welcomed if we have the convince to actually stop in and wait for a table. Just wanting to give you our business dose not seem enough.
i am very annoyed.

You can customize your dish anyway. The only bad thing I would say is that sometimes the hash browns and overall food are a bit salty, but you can request no salt or low salt. Coffee tastes good and the pancakes are good too, those with banana & nuts are delicious. Lastly, one thing I like from this place is that the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, which is highly appreciated. Place is very busy on the weekends,...
Read moreLove the food, the servers are always friendly and we enjoy coming to eat here every time. Only thing I wish was better was making the end of the meal a little smoother. Do we wait for the check? Do we use the handheld machine the servers have? Do we go up and wait in line at the hostess station?
Recently we've politely sat waiting for the check and to get an entire portion of hashbrowns wrapped up for what was probably 10 minutes but seemed like an eternity when all you want to do is leave and get on with your day. Was strange to us since the server was warming up the coffee quickly. I just abandoned the left over food and we went and stood in line at the hostess station which was another bit of a wait.
Ultimately it is a pleasant experience and the...
