I am very disappointing with the customer service provided at the front desk. The employe did not explain the product, was very eager to charge my credit card and told me to go an wait outside. After 40 minutes , I entered the store and ask for help and he told me , keep waiting, someone will deliver my AC unit. They are not professionals and need training in customer service. Mark M was super helpful. I came in to replace my ac capacitor and a 16 guage wire. He found me the capacitor and went to go help my with my cable situation. Since I only needed about 8 inches, he went out of his way to go to the back and locate me a pre-cut cable with the quick connect ends already attached, which I would have had to purchase separately.
