Unfortunate. Manager treated my dispute with very poor business sense. They provided a service (2 rhinestones into my toe nails) and within 12-24 hours they both fell off. She charged me $10.
Note: I already paid gratituity.
I came in for them to fix them within a couple days.
Since the rhinestones fell off, I asked to for a painting design and small rhinestone to ensure they lasted 4 months.
The tech did a beautiful job.
As I assumed it would been a no-charge due to their service not being 100% re rhinestones⦠she stood strong that I needed to pay.
It would been an honor to pay or choose not to have the painting ā-IF they told me BEFORE the service.
The manager was rude and not understanding. She stood strong on her argument that I needed to know this WITHOUT being told in advance.
Itās really unfortunate as we are new to this area moving from NYC are. Iāve been hoping to find a nice clean place.
Sadly, I wonāt be going back..
And really wouldnāt want to support a local business which has poor business to take care of their customers (even after I was kind to compliment and explain my point of view. When she was putting a clear tip on my nail I questioned her and asked why it wasnāt white and she said sheād paint the French tip on. And I said oh okay, I thought it was odd. Well when the time came for them to paint the French tip on it was so uneven. And when I experienced that to them they raised their voice at me and said isnāt this French tip enough for you and Iām like excuse me no itās uneven. If you donāt know how to paint on a French tip then donāt offer that service. I ended up walking out unhappy and with a clear coat on. This place highly recommended but never again. Heās so rude to his employees and rude on the phone( the owner I believe). The lady who did my nails was a sweet heart and was amazing I have zero complaints about her. But I will not be returning.
