I'll never forget the first time I saw these. It was in 2014 while riding my bike on this wonderful trail. I have never seen something like this before and while visiting the area on March 3, 2025, I stopped by again. It still amazing to me. Very photogenic especially with the blue sky behind it. Awesome kilns along the rail trail! Well preserved! Placards around site that give a nice history lesson on the kilns, how they were invented and used, all the way through their retirement. Nice spot to explore if you have some spare time!
