As a power plant inspector, I travel all over the country, and can happily say this was some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Everything my co workers and I had was on point and cooked excellently. Admittedly, the place had us nervous if we were even at the right place or someone's house when we pulled up and sat down, but everything was cooked, seasoned, and spiced to perfection. Asked for some extra heat in my pad se ewe, and rather than just chili flakes, they cut fresh chillies in with the cook, and this added another layer to the dish.
My biggest regret was not finding this place earlier in the week so we could have gone more than once. I am thankful that this place is only a little more than an hour drive from home, as that drive would be more than worth it for this food again.

One thing that really helps them to shine above the rest is that they are EXTREMELY accommodating to dietary restrictions: my girlfriend is vegetarian and they will do pretty much any dish as a vegetarian version. This is a hard thing to find sometimes with Thai and Vietnamese food as so often the soups and sauces are made with chicken, fish or pork stock.
