Last week I had 1 hell of an experience. I’m definitely an online shopper but since I JUST had a baby I needed the fresh air and a stroll. I stopped at the macys with my husband and 2 month old baby & after always shopping on the Macys website I decided to stop by anyway to check out the deals. My husband and I seen an awesome deal in the watch section of Gshock (I will add the picture) be almost Vday & Presidents’ Day the DEAL OF THE DAY would definitely not be online and just in store. The lady Neville @ the store came over and I asked to see the watch I wanted. She gave it to me and I told her it says 40% off & she said NO. I was very confused as to the sign being RIGHT NEXT TO THE GSHOCK SECTION. Made no sense AT ALL. It says excluding red box items & I asked what red boxes are they talking about and she gave me attitude as if it’s not the customers right to ask questions. She left and she didn’t want to give me the discount. Which I found very weird. She then calls Christine over her microphone very upset about me wanting the deal because her telling me it’s not the deal was NOT good enough. Her little friend Rio came hopping along with attitude after my husband asked her about a separate watch that he found and she was SO SO SO LAZY that she just looked at him and said no that’s all we have..without even ATTEMPTING to go and look or help him out to see if there was anymore kids watches. She’s huffing and puffing and even rolling her eyes. Finally I guess they let Neville know they were going to honor the deal of the day so I bought 2 and she was so upset & seriously just not welcoming at all. Christine came along and she was AMAZING. She was able to make the situation right. She was understanding, empathetic & overall very helpful. She apologized in behalf of her staff. Miss Sally came along and also apologized for the way we were being treated & also was taken aback about the whole situation. Another kind woman came along her name was Mehgan and was willing and able to help my husband with the kids watch. She even walked with my husband and also checked if there was anymore kids watches available. There wasn’t so she appointed him to the right direction. I was very disappointed with the very rude staff but after being helped by all three woman Christine, sally & Megan i definitely left content. Would I go there again? Not sure..maybe if their employees were better trained but for now I think I will stick to...

Dear Macy's Management,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent deterioration of customer service I have experienced at your Whitehall, PA store. I have interacted with a customer service clerk, Michelle M., whose conduct has fallen far short of the positive shopping experience I have historically associated with Macy's.

While I have previously attempted to overlook prior negative interactions, a recent encounter involved blatant disrespect and humiliation. Ms. Michelle M.'s behavior, including attempts to publicly demean me and display obvious disgust, created an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable shopping environment. This incident, and the previous unsatisfactory experiences, lead me to question whether this is an isolated incident or a pattern of behavior directed towards specific customers.

I believe this situation warrants a thorough review of Ms. M.'s performance and a comprehensive retraining program focusing on proper customer service etiquette and respectful interactions with all patrons. The current level of customer service provided by Ms. M. is damaging to your brand reputation and ultimately detrimental to your business. Many customers, myself included, are likely reconsidering our patronage due to this negative experience. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue to ensure that Macy's continues to provide the high-quality shopping experience your customers deserve. Manager Christine who was very kind, was made aware of the...

Macy's sent a text regarding a "Flash Sale" for Men. Since I didn't need anything, I looked at their Friends & Family Sale for Women online. Saw a nice selection of Winter Outerwear. Wound up ordering a beautiful Puffin Coat for my wife. Saved HUGE$$$$$. It was an easy process.

Ordered online and picked up same day in-store. SURPRISED my Wife with a new Michael Koors Coat. She LOVED IT and so did I. Great Job Macys!! Happy to be STAR Customer...

5/20/2022 This is an update for All......

Visited Macy's yesterday. Upon walking in the store, a Womans Jacket (DKNY) pictured immediately grabbed my attention.

The beautiful color, gold button clasp and design cut was irresistible..... I had to get it!!! This jacket will look fantastic on every Woman.

In addition, Macy's has an assortment of Women's Jumpsuits. These are back in style and are one of my favorites. Talk about "Off The Hook"... Ladies... All this, a twenty-five percent (25%) discount & Star Money w/ the use of a Macy's Card. Oh yeah!!!!

I'm a HUGE Fan of The Fragrance Department too. They have a "Great" Assortment of Colognes for Men & Perfumes for Women. Some of the brands I own are; Channel, Dior, Paco Rabonne and more.

Visit Macy's and get their Credit Card. It has numerous Benefits & Perks. I'm a Platinum Cardholder. The key is to not out spend your income. Budget correctly!!

This is a "GIDDY UP" Recommendation

PLEASE RATE,...

Love Macy's but not this location. In fact I dislike the Lehigh Valley Mall altogether. Only come here if forced to. Men's section is disorganized. I also blame the shoppers for this, unfolding everything then tossing it back on the racks. Take the extra 5 seconds to refold the item. Store looks like a bargain store but with expensive items. I can't even locate my Jean size. At least with Nordstrom you can tell the sizes by looking at the size tabs on the racks. Here at Macy's you need to check every item that's not in order to locate your size. Very frustrating. Maybe after the holidays it would be back to some sort of normal.
