Your sales consultant, Michael, regained me as a customer after a less than satisfying experience at another store. I had just about written off Sleep Number but thought that I would give it another chance at a different store. I am so glad that I did! Michael was very knowledgeable about the full range of beds, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each of the beds we were interested in. Although another customer came in while he was working with us (and he was the ONLY consultant there) he was able to be attentive to BOTH of us without making us seem less important. We recently purchased a Sleep Number P/SE mattress and a Flexfit1 adjustable frame. We didn't purchase on our first visit to the store, but, decided to wait to see if they went on sale. Our Sleep Number team member (Christina), was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She kept in touch, and let us know when the items we wanted went on sale. We drove to the store and purchased, the same day she called, and bought the mattress and frame at a substantial savings. Best of all, we were able to get a one week delivery date.
