Very very unprofessional as soon as the non Factory screen they put in failed it was my fault and was murder trying to get my money back and still charged me over $110 for labor from a child that thought they knew what they were doing putting my screen in. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy please do not go here. Update my phone that was supposedly unrepairable because it was the phone not screen which I am writing this message on was not true I took my phone to the only Asus dealer here in North America which was New York over a hundred and twenty five mile Drive and then after they got through putting my new Asus screen and revealing that there was no felt backing to the screen that was installed I understand the problem there's supposed to be a felt backing to your touch screen phone so that you can press on the phone screen without the backer screen cracking and releasing all the fluid from the LCD screen into other parts and I am very displeased with all the accusations towards the fact that I had broken the screen and not wanted to tell them the college students that are working there who have barely any experience in the real world when it comes to cell phone repair should understand that when installing a phone screen you need to have the proper one in order to make it work properly I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy this place is a sham and I will be going back for my...

I brought my iPhone 4 in there for a front screen/digitizer replacement.

The first time: It took about double the time they initially quoted me. The phone had been put back together without tightening all of the internal screws which then caused the phone charging issues. The home button was also very loose compared to how it comes from Apple. They explained to me that it would never feel as good as it did originally because they use aftermarket parts...okay, I could live with this, but the problem was beyond that. I later found out my WIFI was no longer enabled as well as there being a scratch UNDER the brand new screen they installed and the camera and flash were misaligned.

Long story short, the woman that owns/runs the store knows the least about cell phones. Her kids and employees are the ones that do the work.

Save yourself a headache and a few evenings of waiting by just having Apple fix your phone. I thought I could save a few bucks by going this route and in the end I wish I had just gone with the professionals.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had regarding any type of business. These people are the best! They helped us this past Christmas with my sons iPad. I had a horrible experience with another place that did repairs on apple products. I shared that info and they decided to cover my bill at their expense because of the experience I had at another business? Hello? How often does that happen! They literally saved our Christmas! My wife was so happy and grateful. They actually did a fantastic job on the repairs, the iPad looked brand new! And of course they threw in an iPad cover, which was also free! They also repaired my wife’s iPad the day after Christmas, and we couldn’t pick it up until today. They showed more patience than I could have ever shown. U dropped it! Best repair place hands down!
