This Visit Once again, Leone's was amazing! As always, such Great food & service!
Seated at a high top table by the window on the bar side this time, the staff was friendly & service was exceptional.
We couldn't decide between Leone's signature appetizers, because they're all So good, so we decided to just make a meal of a few of the favorites & it was such a good choice!
After pondering all the choices-that really All sound delicious, we decided on the artichokes with their mouth-watering lemony sauce, their bread slathered with creamy gorgonzola that's just slightly salty, the tomatoes & mozzarella-thickly sliced & layered-& drizzled with an incredibly sweet balsamic reduction, & the meatballs- which came as 2 Giant-sized amazing mounds of meat covered in the best red sauce you've ever had & topped with melted cheese.. & it was all Absolutely Delicious!!
I was surprised & delighted by the staff coming out & singing to me for my birthday, bringing an incredibly delicious cappuccino paired with birthday candles lit in 2 slices of the creamiest cheesecake, drizzled with raspberry sauce all over the cheesecake & the plate-& "Happy Birthday" written on the plate in chocolate sauce, which was the perfect amount to swirl bites of the slices thru-& "delicious" just doesn't do it justice.. you have to experience it to savor the melt-in-your-mouth flavors!
Leone's was exceptional this evening, I couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner! The staff really made it something special. Not only was I incredibly well-fed, but I was also very grateful & definitely pleased.
I even had quite a bit of their appetizers left over that they brought back to the kitchen & quickly returned to me, boxed up individually in the perfect sized little microwave-safe plastic containers to fit what was left of each menu item & keep each of their incredible selections just as good as when they were first served, so I could enjoy them all over again.. which I gladly did the next day & they were just as amazing as when they were first brought to the table!
~My compliments to the chefs, the staff, & the owners for such amazing food & hospitality, a wonderful birthday dinner, & a great night!

Read moreThe newest hot spot in Wilbraham, MA is also the best we've seen in a very long time. Cima Restaurant & Chop House has only been open for a couple of months and we've already lost count of how many great dinners we've enjoyed there. The transformation is very impressive....totally on trend inside and out. Would be great if they built a deck out back overlooking the train tracks below! The food deserves 5 stars and the service has come a long way since its rough, crazy-busy opening week. Not being a chain, they clearly lacked the training mechanisms and protocols to be prepared for instantly packed dining rooms, but they continue to pack 'em in and have worked out most issues. We've finally sampled the entire menu and have been told that it will be changed up in the fall. The lamb is incredible! The bolognese is AMAZING! Their meatballs are "the real deal". I've ordered the chicken milanese and their scallop dishes most often though. My wife is a fan of the chicken romano. Our friends rave about the salmon there (neither of us tend to like fish) and each of the various salads are perfection and are large enough to be shared. They do some cool specials too! Their specialty drinks are delicious as are the desserts. I do miss the "Cima Chips" they had when they first opened, though....thinly sliced fried potatoes served still tender, drizzled with a delicious herbed oil and grated cheese. My mouth is actually watering right now. It's kind of an a la carte menu, though there is a vegetable and a starch (pasta or potato selection) included with every dish we've tried. The additional fee items are well worth their pricing. Though I've seen kids there in high chairs, it's not the first place I'd bring the family for a value supper.....and I hope they never dumb down the menu to appeal to that crowd. The place has been packed even on week nights, so I recommend reservations. The two parking lots tend to fill up and I've had to drop off the rest of our party and wait a few minutes for a space to open up. Great to finally have FINE...
Read morePlease dont take this reveiw as me "bashing" the place, its just my personal opinion. I drive by this place daily taking my kids to daycare so I looked it up and it had awesome reviews so Ive always wanted to try it. I made a reservation for my husband and I for Valentines weekend. The hostess was very nice as was my waitress. My waitress was very attentive throughout the evening and nice. We sat in the dining room which decor wise wasnt bad at all. But there was this lingering smell that I smelt as soon as I entered the building like my grandmothers house. I order a Sangria and the garlic bread for starters. The sangria was good, but the garlic bread was unedible. It didnt taste anything like garlic bread. It was literally 4 pieces of toast with this grotesque white creamy sauce on it. My husband and I arent the type to complain so we didnt bother asking for a substitution and just ate the crust of the bread. I ordered the chicken franchise and linguini. The chicken was very bland and soggy with no flavor and the linguini was more like spaghetti and tasted like store bought pasta. The pasta also came with tomato sauce on top which i thought was a weird combo to go with the chicken franchise. My husband ordered this monster sized steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Unfortunately, the only thing he enjoyed was the mashed potatoes, and ended up taking the whole meal home, which was a first for him. He reheated it the next day for lunch and absolutely hated it as much as the first night. Service was veeerrrryyy slow, which I could understand if it was busy but it wasnt at all (only about half of the dining room was filled and our food took at least 30 minutes to come out). All in all, I will not be returning and wouldnt recommend based on the taste of the food. Outside of waiting time, service...
