We had some specific requests for our project, including a particular luxury vinyl plank (LVP) that was being discontinued. The team went the extra mile by contacting the manufacturer to secure enough of the product for our floors. We also needed a specific underlayment solution, and they took the time to research and consult with the LVP manufacturer to make sure we got exactly what was required.

After looking around at other furniture stores we found Fuller Furniture & Flooring to be the most customer friendly and attentive. Debra and Roger gave me all their attention and did not rush me or condescend to me as some other stores did. My husband and I spent time looking and comparing and although we found the same sofa at another store for about the same price we choose to purchase from Fuller because of the knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly service we received. Their expert advice and recommendations show that they care more about the design esthetics, comfort and appeal than just making a sale. Don't let the size of the store fool you they have a large selection. They are also very competitive in products and pricing in their flooring line along with their furniture.
