We are canceling our account immediately. Already unhappy with your service anyway, but being harrassed by one of your employees on a busy Saturday morning is the straw that broke the camel's back.
Basically, in the most recent incident, an employee called a little while after I opened, to tell me about some test that failed. Being swamped with customers, I quickly told them that I would call back later.
They proceeded to call me on my cell multiple times, even yelling at me in the end because they were angry that....I wouldn't acknowledge an issue that can wait?? Why would they do this?
