Do not waste your time here if you are actually trying to have a fun time with your family. Every single time I've been here the staff has found something to get us on whether it's a rule violation or having the wrong freaking socks. Last time i was bouncing my 2 year old with my hands while she sat on the trampoline and I was off the the side off the trampolines. The facility was near empty and there was maybe 3 other jumpers in this section. My daughter was having a blast being bounced and a staff member was there in the middle watching the whole thing but did didn't say a word. Then out of nowhere the staff member comes over to tell me that I can't bounce her I don't have a wristband. I never stepped foot on any trampoline so I didn't think I needed a wristband. So I say ok and ask my sister who had a wristband to bounce her. That lasted about 10 seconds when the same staff member came over to tell her to stop because it was against the rules. Ok fun police better not be having fun at the trampoline park with a 2 year old or else. The time before that the staff took unusual pleasure in telling us we had the wrong brand of non slip socks and we had to either buy their socks or stop jumping. This was when we had 15 MINUTES LEFT TO JUMP. that didn't matter to them either buy the socks or leave. Lastly, if you go to the lights out thing on Friday nights, it's 20 dollars per person, and you have to wear a certain kind of shirt or will have to buy a shirt from them. I don't know where they get off thinking that there services are worth 20 dollars per person plus the cost of the tshirt. For that price t shirt should be included. Unless some things change at this place I wont be coming back. I'd rather take my money to Chuck e cheese, the kids will have more fun and I won't be getting treated like dirt by the employees.
UPDATE... went back a few weeks ago because someone gave us groupon to use. although i stand by what i said about the staff being rude during my past visits, i was actually surprised that my most recent visit was pleasant. i cant remember why, but they gave us some extra time to jump, i think it was because somebody in my group mentioned that we have tried multiple times to use our groupon but were denied each time. my daughter had a lot of fun and when she got tired of jumping she played on the slide. the staff seemed friendlier and not power hungry like i...

They do some games and arts and crafts and have free time to jump and climb. I also have two younger children and today we stayed from 9-11 for the rockin tots. I was able to see what "free time" looked like for my older kids. The first hour of camp, 9-10 was free time. There wasn't a single employee in the jump area. they all stayed behind the desk literally the entire time. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPERVISION. It's a good thing no one tried to climb the rock wall during that time. Or walk out the back doors. I already had some questions as to how the camp was ran simply because checking my kids in and out was kind of a joke. All of the employees are hanging out behind the desk when you get there and sometimes they speak to you. you write your kid's name and time they come in. The first day my kids ran up to me as soon as I was at the door and we left. No one else was around. I asked them where everyone was and they said they were kind of everywhere because it was free time. Anyone could have left with an unattended kid and no one would have known. After today I decided we would definitely not return for the camp the final day (tomorrow) and asked an employee where they kept my daughter's epi pens so we could get them back. She said she didn't know and would have to ask someone. 🙄 awesome. I like that there is a sign that says everyone MUST wear shoes to enter the bathroom...well when the camp kids get there, their shoes AND LUNCH BOXES, are all thrown into the same bin. Super gross and also makes it hard to retrieve the shoes underneath for bathroom breaks. Can they not just put their shoes in the cubbies like everyone else? I'm super disappointed in this camp mainly because of the security factor. My daughter was also disappointed that we were told on the website and by the employees that the rock wall would be open during free time but each time she asked it was not. So NO, I would definitely not recommend this place. I've been before and had an fine time but after experiencing the camp, we...
Read moreWhile there are things that would improve this facility, I’m still rating 5 stars because the value they offer compensates for any gripe someone could have. The location of this Rockin’ Jump is not easily identifiable, as there is no permanent signage, and the banner was not readable. There is a computer at the entrance to complete the waiver if you don’t ahead of time (I would recommend doing so; it’s easy on their website). There is a wall of cubbies for shoes and belongings, though fairly small. Throughout the facility there are cushioned benches, massages chairs, and sanitizer stations. All of the equipment has rules posted by it. The restrooms are located near the front by the arcade, and were clean and well stocked. They offer a snack bar with a variety of options and a seating area to eat near the cubbies. The arcade games have the ability to earn tickets for prizes. The thing I appreciated most about my visit here is the 6 and under time slot they offer. It really is hard to take 2 or more younger kids to places like this when there could be so many and so much older kids present. This time slot gives the young kids free range over the entire gym. Something else I really appreciate is the layout. Thanks to the mesh walls around each equipment zone you can easily view most of the gym standing from any point in it, which is extremely helpful when it is more busy and you’re trying to keep up with more than one kid. There are two zones specifically for younger children if you attend outside of the kids time: a trampoline area and a playhouse area. I can’t attest to how well that is regulated, especially when they’re busy, but it is there ideally to help keep them safer during peak times. Overall I think the price I paid for the time we spent here was competitive with other indoor parks and offered more value by having that younger children’s time and having more amenities. Side note, the rock wall is not available during the...
