So, go to the drive through, ask for a thin crust response was "8 minutes" nothing else. Okay no big deal pull up to the window pay and all is fine. Few minutes later was asked to move forward, and they would bring our pizza out, maybe someone esles "hot and ready" was actually ready. We are at 8 minutes now, no big deal takes that long to go through the over..... we are at 14 minutes now and the baby starts crying she is hungry, I go inside and check on the thin crust, as someone esle was handed a thin crust.... umm really. Okay she said i"t is coming out now" I walk back out to the wife and let her know. We keep watching for someone to bring it out... 5 more minutes pass. So I go in again, and see someone cutting a thin crust, and her the lady say there he is And the manager say "who is the problem?" And comes out to the front and says what's wrong And I said waiting on my pizza still, he says it is coming and I repeat to him "8 minutes" then he reaches over the counter to try and snatch the recipet out of my and, at that point I am thrown off and tell him not grab at me like that. He never said he wanted the recipet before that, but told me to give it to him after. The young man that was cutting my pizza came and hand it to me, as I am telling the Manager I just want my pizza so I can go. At that point he is coming around the count screaming for me to leave (I was already walking out) he speeds up to get behind me And I step out side, I have to stop, and prepared to defend my self and my family, because how aggressive he was coming at me, and fearing for the safety of my family and I. He stopped at the door and kept saying "over pizza, you are mad, over pizza" dude pizza is why he has a job. -_- and I tell him to not say 8 minutes if it is going to be 20. (Was not even busy). He then ask me if I am in management, and I replied yes, think oh maybe he is trying to get me to related as for as management is... boy was I wrong, he then proceeded to look at my wife and say "I got a nicer car then you" ......seriously, and I didnt mention the parking lot had no one in it, and it had an overwhelming smell of weed.... who was smoking weed there if no customers where around.
I love going to the Reynolda store... but my God I will never go to this store again The manager...
Read moreOrdered italian cheese bread, crazy bread, a deep dish pizza with Canadian bacon, pep, jalapenos online at 9:25pm, said it was supposed to be ready at 9:42pm. We get there at 9:50pm and they don't know what I was even talking about, claimed it was due to shift changes (not even 3 hours before close?) So we wait an additional 20+ minutes from when it was supposed to be due and our order was wrong when we received it. We did get a free pepperoni pizza because they forgot what was on our order again, so they just let us keep it. But we received a deep dish with normal bacon instead, and had to remind them we had italian cheese bread. So essentially the only right item we got without having to remind them again was crazy bread and a 2 liter. When we asked for our money back they refused to give us our money, even though the manager eventually found our original order and read it back to us just as we had ordered it the 1st time. I showed him it let's you order Canadian bacon online, but he wasnt familiar with what Canadian bacon was. Even when I simply asked for just the deep dish pizza refund he still refused. So we paid for the order we wanted, but had to wait 20 extra minutes for a wrong order and didn't get anything in compensation or our money back. (Unless you count the free pizza they gave us accidentally because they forgot what we ordered again.)

Number one, when your busy or slow customer service, presentation, and how well the organization is being ran should be key. However, here its more like a free-for-all and I struggle to understand this. The place hasn't been open long and the sanitation rating is a 90.5 which in all truth is close to a B if not. If anyone is serve-safe certified then they got a 2 point kicker so the score is really an 88.5. Additionally, who is in charge? All I see and HEAR screaming is an lady calling back what's being sold...I need 5 pep, box of wings, etc. Surely their has to be an more professional way of keeping things "hot and ready" instead of yelling them back; its really not ready, as I type this 10 plus people waiting for pizza. Then you run out of stuffed crust? The new marketing piece that you all offer is not even available...interesting. Lastly, to whoever the operator is the visor belongs around the head and not around the neck hanging likes its an oversized necklace. Leave that to Flava-Flav and not Little Caesars employees. Bad employee...
