UPDATE: Jun 29 2024 I went today to pawn an marriage ring and a high end lens and of course as always was received by a cool staff member ... by now I am almost a regular. After requesting an amount and she very efficiently checking the ring and lens we agreed on the amount ... but then... I was blindsighted. They have changed the monthly extention fees for your pawn if you cant take it at 30 days to a fixed 25% of the loan... it completely threw me off. The sad thing is she told me AFTER I agreed and signed the papers... I felt taken advantage of. Lesson learned ask questions before pawning anything payments and interest before agreeing to any amount of money exchange. This incident left a bad vibe, specially because im an old customer of them almost a regular... I guess this is my last...

I pawned a new model Ruger Super Blackhawk on 12/7/24. I extended it once, or twice, and we end up in March. Sometime around 3/10, I called the shop, and spoke with Bryson. They still had the gun, and I explained to Bryson that the gun belonged to my grandfather, and that I would be home from working in Miami on 3/31, and I would be in to pickup the gun. That would have been too late, however Bryson put me on a brief hold, came back on the line, and said that they would hold the gun for me. Upon returning from Miami, I went to the shop only to find out that they sold the gun on 3/18, after an 7 or 8 day courtesy hold. After informing Bryson that I would be home on 3/31, and Bryson telling me that they would hold the gun, I was under the impression that they would be holding it until 3/31. If I was informed that it would only be held until 3/18, I would have made other arrangements to get the gun back. I have pawned, purchased from, and sold to this shop several items. It was always a great experience, but they screwed me over on the one sentimental value item that I’ve taken there. I don’t imagine they will ever make it right, but until they do, they’ve...

I’ve shopped at this store countless times over the past 4 years. This is easily the best pawn shop in the Orlando area from my experience. Everyone from the former owner and manager on down to the newest employee, the team at Cash Stop Pawn are a friendly bunch of men and women. They have always gone out of their way to take care of me and my family when we visit. Every time we walk through the door, not only do they greet us with a warm welcome but they’ve always have gone out of their way to give us the lowest prices and best deals on their items. I can’t recall a single time where they weren’t flexible or willing to work with us in order to make a deal happen, within reason of course. When we’re looking for items that they don’t have in store, they have assisted us a few times in not only finding whatever it might be, but also at a low price.
