First, let me start by saying that I am giving this place one star because unfortunately the google system isn't setup to give negative stars. If I could give this place negative stars believe me, I would. This was the most unprofessional, unfit, group of workers I have ever encountered. I had an order for a number of people, and it was quite easy, but these workers managed to not get it right nevertheless. I simply wanted 8 beef and bean burritos and 2 chicken supreme chalupas. The only thing I asked for that was out of the ordinary was extra sour cream on the chalupas, not difficult right? I didn't think so, but apparently they found it impossible. I called when I realized their error and they told me I'd have to go back to the store to get the food. I thought, "okay no big deal I'll go ahead and I'll do that." I went in, and after standing in line for, and this is no exaggeration whatsoever, I was joined by my male counterpart. He talked to them, and eventually, like magic the workers actually got my meal, and when I got it home this time, it was correct!! I have never to the best of my knowledge ever left this low of a review for any location ever. In fact, I try to keep my reviews nice because I'd rather reward fantastic service than shine a light on complete incompetence. You know that old saying "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all...." unless you're grossly mistreated and feel like other people should be clued in on the experience being that it was that awful. In the future, I suggest if you're closer to Ocoee, go to Ocoee, if you're closer to Fowlers Grove, go there and if you're closer to Clermont go there. By any and all means skip this place you will be SO glad you will. Oh and to the person that said she couldn't find corporate's number, I will and they will be receiving a phone call from me on Monday. Also, let me just add that when I looked through the review section it looks like the people that are leaving 4 and 5 star reviews...
Read moreWe used the mobile ordering to order. We've done this a million times but the stupid app defaulted to the last place we got Taco Bell, in Colorado. We're in Orlando, FL. Why in the world the app would let me order food from 2000miles away when I share my location is beyond me. When I went to the store to pick it up, we waited 15 minutes to tell them we had a mobile order. They were rude. Told us they couldn't find us and to come inside. My husband waited another 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru. Meanwhile, I went inside where I waited 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence as well as the 5 other people who had been waiting longer than me. No one was taking orders inside at that time because that employee went on break. While I was waiting was when I realized I had ordered from the wrong location. The man was exceedingly rude to the people in front of me. When I got up to the man, I stated the issue and politely asked him how I could get the order changed. He told me that wasn't his problem. I had to go to that restaraunt. I told him that it ordered in Colorado and I couldn't go to Colorado to get my dinner order. He just kept telling me it wasn't his problem and to go to the store. Again, I reiterated the store was in Colorado and asked him how I could go about switching the order to that location or who to contact to find out how to get the order cancelled. He just kept rudely yelling and waving his hands everywhere telling me it wasn't his problem and he wasn't giving me my money. I didn't ask him for my money. He wouldn't look at the order or even try to take my order there. Finally, he told me to call Taco Bell and figure it out. I left. I didn't order anything and most likely won't use the app again. I may never go to Taco Bell again, but especially not this one. It's the worst one I've...
Read moreNot the worst experience I've had but I definetly wont eat Taco Bell ever again. The other day I went to Taco Bell for the first time in probably eleven years. I ordered some stuff that I've seen online for vegans and that it was still pretty affordable. I went to this location and the service was pretty fast but I was charged ten dollars for two tacos that were supposed to be $2 each. They charged me for any little add on or customization I did which really frustrated me. I understand being charged for guac and the salsa. But they charged me for potatoes and pico and a few other things I was not expecting. The girl should've told me all of this would be extra and I would've left ! A damn burrito with just beans, pico, and potatoes cost me about $4?! Double the price of a regular burrito that has way more stuff on it. So that was the first blow to my experience and then my second item was a crunch wrap and into my second bite there was meat inside of it.... I tried to make it a point when I was ordering to talk pretty slow so they wouldn't miss anything but the first thing I said in both orders was no meat. I ended up having to go back for my overpriced food and get a new one. The new wrap wasn't bad but it was overpowered with guac and I had to give it to my mom to eat. If I'm going to be spending that much on a burrito I might as well go to chipotle and buy a burrito that's triple the size and can add as much as I want without being...
