Place your cash register so that when you're counting money or putting in a tab, you're still facing the people at the bar. 5) never ignore a paying Customer, even if you hate them to death 6) work extremely fast, you should be able to handle at least three customers at a time if you can't then quit your job. 7) Time is of the essence, don't take more than 30 seconds to make a drink, even if it involves various different ingredients, if you can't do it fast then quit your job. 8) always be aware of who is first in line , don't look around wondering who came first you should always know that, otherwise quit your job. 9) The customer is always right 10) when a customer wants to close their tab out, pay attention, and do it fast and efficiently, it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to close out a customer's tab.
