Beautiful beach, clean water and sweeping views. This year, the town has groomed the beach with fine white sand and I hope we continue this practice in the future. I love the fact there's no undertow or big waves, it makes the beach very child friendly. Keep in mind there is very limited parking, and the town is quite aggressive about writing tickets. If you don't mind a little walk, parking is free at the Town Landing, or else use public transit from Orient Heights. A unique area... beach is rocky in areas but does have nice sandy areas with clear. If your looking for a quiet relaxing time at the beach, I would not pick this place!
