Dating back to the 19th century this library is a hidden gem. Located in Wood-Ridge New Jersey in Bergen County, this building has been expanded while retaining it's heritage. The library is on the list of historic places and has an ambiance similar to colonial architecture found scattered about Bergen County. Charming, well tended library with excellent staff and good hours. I've forgotten the "Art" of the public libraries, but it was easy to stroll in and get a card. They're part of BCCLS, so number of resources available on digital platforms is phenomenal. I have more reads for my kindle and audio titles for morning traffic commute than my heart desires. Pleasant bonus is museum passes for NY/NJ free admissions. ...
