food here is aggravatingly well done. It's the little details and corners that AREN'T cut that added together make the food and service here stand out.
For example, the rice. Normally a forgettable part of your meal. Here it was aromatic and textured perfectly with the small amount of seasoning that it's supposed to have, but often gets missed.
The bread came out hot and was executed perfectly, so that it gets that texture on the surface of crags and nooks that should come from a brick or ceramic cooking. It had that soft crackle like a quiet bread symphony under your fingers, but still has that perfect level of chew and texture you want from your naan.
The malai kofte came out timed perfectly. The fried shells still holding just that perfect little bit of crunch and texture despite being soaked in gravy. The inside being perfectly light and flavorful.

Read moreFrom the moment I walked into Nelmani Indian Cuisine, I knew I was in for something special. The place is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with authentic Indian elements that create a peaceful, cultural vibe.
I tried several dishes and each one blew me away. The Gobi Manchurian was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. The vegetable samosa was flaky and flavorful. The tandoori chicken with tikka sauce was a dream — and the main dish, chicken tikka masala with basmati rice and garlic naan, was absolutely unforgettable.
But beyond the amazing food, the service truly stood out. Tamiz and the kitchen team were phenomenal — you can taste their passion in every dish. And the young lady who served me was simply exceptional: friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at home.
This place completely changed the way I see Indian food. If you haven’t tried Nelmani, you’re seriously missing out. ✨ Five...
Read moreWhat a fabulous new addition to the neighborhood! I am definitely a foodie, and Nelmani is a genuine treat! We ordered take out so I cannot speak about sit down service, but the staff was warm and friendly, and all our order requests were fulfilled.
For an appetizer, we ordered the Nelmani Spicy Chicken. It had delicious and unique flavor. For entrees, we ordered the Nelmani Fish Curry (a must try!), the Lamb Saag (tasty but I may try it chicken next time), and the Chicken Biryani (requested spicy). The presentation, spice level, quality and quantity was all great...thoroughly enjoyed our meal. As accompaniments, we had garlic naan with chilis, raita and rice. A surprise complimentary treat was the khirni (rice pudding).
We will most certainly order again, and try more items from their extensive menu. Congratulations Team Nelmani for a...
