Had to keep repeating myself to the lady behind the counter because she couldn't speak English and wouldn't give the old lady in front of me her receipt when she spoke i couldn't her anything she said except for please bear with me so i patiently kept repeating what i wanted so finally another employee comes over asked what i wanted and repeat my order to him he says they only have the larger ones bit the sale is on the smaller ones i explained i would wait for him to make them he tells me they don't have any left so i asked if there is a substitute and he says no you can pay1.99 for the ones he had so from one person not understanding me because they aren't familiar with the English language is understandable but for the second person to just say no and not try to...

So obviously like many of you I’ve been to 1 million 711 throughout my lifetime in America. I have to say I’ve never taken the time to write a review from one of them before, but for the last three years, I’ve stopped by this place on and off every month.

The manager R.Patel runs a very nice store where he’s always agreeable helpful and very courteous to the customers even when they don’t deserve it. I’m not related to him lol in anyway I am literally just a random customer who notices it’s hard-working dedication.

As someone who runs a small business, I know it means the world when an employee actually cares enough about his job To where he makes sure the customers are always handled.

I'm sure 7-11 corporate has rules against political based clothing but on a franchise level I'm not sure. Either way, I made a choice to leave this location and take my business to one of the other local 7-11's (rt 17 in Hasbrouck Heights NJ) when I saw an employee wearing a presidential candidate themed article of clothing. Doesn't matter which one. On an employee of a retail chain it's not appropriate to make any customer of any political ideology feel unwelcome in such a way. Red or blue, blue or red, cash is green.
