The summer market is at the Woodstock Square (May-October, 8am-1pm, Tues & Sat). During the Winter months, they go indoors at the McHenry County Fairgrounds.
Many vendors are consistent, and others come and go each year. Vendors offer: plants, fruit, vegetables, honey, crepes, perogies, knife sharpening, bird houses, flower bouquets, jam, baked goods (donuts, bread, GF options, and more), soap, mushrooms, pickled vegetables, freshly made pasta, pasture raised eggs, meats, dog treats and bones, fresh Sri Lankan food, yogurt, coffee, salt and spices, olive oil, various handmade items... The list goes on and on.
Some stores on the square are open during the market too. There's live music. Most of the square is blocked off but there is some drivable space. Best to keep within the marked areas, or sidewalks. Lots of dogs!
