Elim Christian Services — Attraction in Worth Township

Elim Christian Services pretends to be a "Christian" school, however their staff practices non-Christian behavior on a daily basis. They are totally opposed to change, they have made up accusations against those staff members and instead of doing their due diligence and investigating thoroughly, their solution is to just terminate staff members. However, you have staff members that remain unprofessional and throw complete fits whenever thrown into a different task other than what their normal job consists of. All the while, the principal is being told by human resources not to discipline or terminate that employee or they will receive discipline, themselves. The principal brings in new staff and places them in a position to be harassed by other staff members, and refuses to deal with the situation. This causes tension amongst the staff members and counter-productive to creating a "Christian environment". They have shown themselves to be unsupportive and have attempted on multiple occasions to ruin employee's careers. If this is how you want your children to be taught, then by all means, keep your child at this school. However, if you want your child to learn from a loving, Christian, caring environment, Elim is NOT the place...find...

This place is a complete joke. It should be called Elim Circus School instead of “Christian” school because nothing about this school is Christ-centered. The employees here are disrespectful toward each other as well as the students and the workers are not treated right at all. Please do not send your children here and do not apply to this job. They don’t care about the kids they only want your money. Unprofessional / wicked things happen here. Starting to think this place is a cult…as almost everyone that works here is married to someone or related and they pretend to care about God & Christ but they don’t 😭 nobody here lives by the Bible or practice what they preach they all do the complete opposite.
