We had a birthday party here on Halloween in their v.i.p suite. I was overall pleased. This same year, I had a birthday party at gizmos and jak's warehouse and I found this place's accommodations best. They were 90% pleasurable to work with. In comparison to this type of party/outing, their prices were fair. I paid $650 on Sunday for 11 elite guest passes, 3 pizzas, 2 pitchers of pop + 1 pitcher of water, in VIP room from 2pm-6:30pm. They provided decorations and they decorated for us! 🤯😭🥲 This was perfect because while we planned to arrive early we arrived on time which I felt was late because guests were present. Thanks Hollywood Park! The package was from 2 to 4 but they allowed us to have the room to 6:30 as a courtesy at no additional charge. The price actually came out to $600 but we had to tip our host who was just a delight. The room was perfect, we had access to 2 tvs which allowed the men to watch Sundays football games and nickelodeon on the other for the kids. It was best for us to have that special room because our party was on a busy night for them, Halloween, and they were packed but we had Privacy during our celebration. Everything went great except for 1 thing and my least favorite part of in the game; some of our cards didn't work at attractions and games. After we paid our host was gone and no longer available to assist with our issues. Their point system is confusing and not transparent. It's hard to understand the translation of money (usd) to their points compared to similar places. 2 of their outdoor attractions weren't open also even though weather permitted. But still, I'd recommend this location in a heartbeat.

The place was purchased by another company and has gone through a bit of a remodel. It's branded as in the game now. In my opinion the remodel has actually taken away more than it has given. Hollywood has gone from having too many golf courses to just one. Yet, the price for mini golf is still the same. They have also removed all of the games from the upper level and just got rid of them. The games on the lower level are more expensive now at $2 per game. There are a handful of games that are a dollar and bellow but they are the old games and not very fun. I would say that there are more ticket games than not. And of course it costs more tickets to earn cheap prices than it used to. They have added a mini bowling ally at $5 per person, per game. Their bumper car room is really small and not worth it. The place is pretty clean though. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I do feel as said before that the remodel, while giving a bit of a fresh look to certain parts of the establishment, it has definitely taken much more away than it has given back. Plus overall it's just more expensive now to play fewer games. I don't think I will be going back there again. Rather, I will just go to Dave and Busters in Orland Park.

Very nice and clean Place with A ton of games . We went on a Wednesday so Video games were all half price the entire day. From 3-6 pm all the things considered attractions, like bumper cars, mini bowling, and the awesome gocarts were also half price. Carts were $4.50 instead of $9 and are pretty nice little electric units that actually get up and go, on a nice track with lots of turns. Unlike most other places like this, Hollywood actually has good food, desserts, and even Jack & Coke slurpee haha. They actually have beer too. Only thing my daughter and I didn't do was mini golf, but the course looked pretty awesome. Def going back, but only on the 1/2 price video games days. Also if you register your email on their website, they send you a voucher for 40 free credits, which is worth $10. You have to go to the ticket/prize counter and they'll scan the email off your phone and transfer it into your card that you use to pay for the games and you can use them right away. Oh the mini bowling is fun too, something different lol.

This place was ok but I do have a few things to say. So my family went to this place during spring brake and well we were excited. When we went in we saw the arcade and thought it was awesome. We git our cards and began to play but as I looked around there was not really a variety of games. There were toooooo much claw machines that took up way to much space when something else good could be there. Another thing is the cards they give you a limited a,out of games you can play which is annoying and the credits you get in the card are to expensive. Another thing is that some of the games over there did nit work and we did nit get our credits back. Now on to the bumper cars these things were plain BORING. They moved to slow and we waisted a lot of dollars on credits for a boring bumper car ride. Now onto the outside the go karts we’re fine I guess but the mini golf is my main complaint. On the last track there is this space that the ball can fall into the pond but the pond is disgusting. It was full of dead Beatles and fly and was a infection zone. So the ball fell in and we had to reach in and grab our balls out which was plain disgusting. Other than that I had a ok time at this place but for those who are planning on going buying more credits and spending money is...
