Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Worth Township

Have been to this business numerous times and only lately has it been - and I say this as a purposeful oxymoron - escalating downhill. In the most recent visits, there have been at least 5-7 employees behind the counter at one time, and not one greeted customers or said anything within the store to feel welcomed in. And on each visit, something has been wrong with my orders. The first visit, the cheese on each sandwich was wrong; asked for white cheddar and was given American. Second visit, the iced drink wasn’t mixed properly with all of the sugar at the bottom of the cup, the bag contained an extra sandwich from someone else’s order, and the donuts were placed in the same bag with no paper between, creating cross contamination with ingredients in the event someone was allergic to one or the other donuts. Today’s visit, the order was missing hash browns, the sandwich was burnt with cold, unmelted cheese and a jelly donut that looked like a singular munchkin.

I have tried many dozens of times to give this chain a chance but I may have to try elsewhere. For a place that is meant for fast pickup breakfast, this place moves quieter than a mortuary midnight mass and slower than a sloth with a broken jetpack wearing cinder block sandals. Please believe me when I say this is honestly the worse location! There’s a reason why they barely have customers! I’m a Baskin girl despite all these fad drinks like boba or PSL. I love me some Baskin Robbins. However, this location never makes any of the drinks I’ve ordered from there for the 3 times I’ve been there! The only reason I even went there the 3rd time after giving them a second chance and failing, is because my go to takeout resto is close to this location! They either water down their fruit puree base or skimping on them on EVERY order!!! Plus they don’t fill up the whole cup like every other Baskin location I’ve been to. You would think that with them not filling it all the way up that the drinks would taste better, but no! They are cheating customers of their money so please go to a different location or you’ll end up throwing that $10 away after taking a sip! Update-i stopped in the store to speak with a mgr, who his in the bathroom after another employee informed her that a customer wanted to speak to her. That same employee let me know the owners NEVER come there & aren't involved in the day-to-day operations.
