I have been purchasing gold from them/this place for years now. They always have the best prices. It was the prices that got me through their door but their honesty and recommendations is what keeps me coming back. I don’t normally leave reviews unless i receive really great or really bad service. They really outshined the rest this time with my recent visit. Not only did they (btw great couple) take care of me with taking the time to show me what would be the perfect gift based on my wife’s preferences, among their large selection with my complicated mind (I’m horrible with assuming what my wife will love) but they truly listened to what i was looking for and found exactly what my wife would love. They even offered me to bring it back if my wife didn’t like it. In addition to being patient and compassionate, their prices simply can’t be beat! I came here to purchase a simple necklace as a graduation gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being ready to buy, the owner continuously prioritized other customers and barely acknowledged me. I had also visited this place one other time with my husband, an Arab Muslim, and we were treated so much better, which made me feel discriminated against and disrespected this time I went in alone. Now seeing other reviews, I can see that this is common here.
