Ok where to start... Needed a S20 Ultra asap. I ordered from Sprint on 03/09 with overnight shipping to find out they won't have the phones until 03/20, So I cancel the order and decide to buy it locally since I need it asap. On 03/13 Friday I call this TCC store and ask if they have it in stock, They do. I called back 5 minutes later to ask what time their open till, and the guy on the phone told me I cannot pay cash, I have to use a debit/credit card for a flagship phone... Weird but ok no problem. I call back hours later after work to ask for their address, and the same guy on the phone tells me I CANNOT buy the phone unless I buy a $250 screen protector & case package for the phone, and that its Company Policy... I was like okay Im starting to get scrrwed here. So I ask the man what if I buy it online from verizon and select in store pick up, he asks me why I would do that, I told him because its only $80 due today if I order it online. He said I would still have to spend $250 on a case & screen protector if I do that and that they cannot let someone walk out the store without one on a flagship phone. I hung up. I went down to the Verizon store in Edwardsville, paid cash, and walked out paying the $80 that verizon originally wanted. The guy at the Edwardsville location even apoligized for my experience with THIS store and gave me a great discount on an Otterbox case. I HIGHLY recommend people go to the Edwardsville location, This location here in Wyoming scrwwing customers. Alot of phone stores are notorious for slapping on fees and throwing in a case/protector in order to justify the Fee, and they do this on new phones that just come out that there is limited stock on. Shame on this location. People, PLEASE take your business to the Edwardsville Location, Great service there and they don't...
Read moreWent in this store on Tuesday to get put on a plan, and I wasnât getting any service all that day. I had to go back in on Wednesday to explain my problem. Same girl, Alora Seger, that was helping me on Tuesday was there that day, but working with a different person from the day before. She was having a hard time getting someone from Verizon on the phone to figure out why my phone was having the issues it was having. She asked her coworker, Shane Geary a question, because she was having difficulty, and all he could say to her was, âI donât know what to tell youâ. Without even looking at her, because he was too busy playing with his phone, and playing on the computer. There was no one else in the store other than myself. So, it wasnât like he was busy with customers. He could see how frustrated I was, and he couldnât even try helping me or his coworker out with my issue. Thankfully, after about an hour in there, and Alora getting though with Verizon on the phone, she got my phone to work. Thank you, Alora. At least YOU care about the customers that come in with problems. Canât say much about Shane, other than he was totally, ...
Read moreAfter leaving the Wilkes barre store frustrated and with a broken phone I went to the Wyoming tcc store. WB store Rep Bryce and manager told me my only options were to pay $160 to pay the phone off and then to purchase a new phone or use another upgrade on the plan to get a new phone but would also have to pay the $160 to pay the prior phone off. Shane in Wyoming store looked into my acct and the plan I have and all I had to do was hand over the old phone, pick out a new phone and pay taxes on it and transaction was complete!!!! I have had issues in past with Wilkes barre store and returned but guarantee I will not go back again. Thank you Shane for all your help this evening!!! I will only shop at Wyoming tcc from now on! I have had Verizon service for over 10 years and spent thousands and thousands on phones, tablets, iPads, watches. The treatment I got from Wilkes barre store is unacceptable. I felt as if I was a nuisance because I had questions and didn't jump the gun to pay what they told me and immediately get a new phone. Thank goodness I didn't. Shane...
