I have been here three times now. It's a very small bowling alley. I would say it has been mostly good experience going there; if I had just one gripe, it'd be the prices. Really high prices and it apears it's PER HOUR and by age of each individual. I really dont see how bowling for 4 adults (not even counting renting shoes) should cost anything near $50 for 2 hours. The prices for food there is not the greatest either. Prepare to spend some money if you wanna bowl here in Yelm WA. We just went again recently and it was mostly OK until a party of like 30 flippen kids came in for a birthday party and took up 5 of the 8 lanes. They were loud disruptive to even our family who had to unfortunately be trying to bowl next to them, the kids were hyper and shoving the tables around using whichever ball that was available on the ball chute even if it wasn't there ball they had went to pick out. And the parents or chaperones paid no attention to them to make sure they were orderly. The place just got LOUD and in conjunction with the sprinkling strobe globe lights making crazy bright very distracting lights across the floor in front of and into the bowling lanes, to ME at least it threw off my semce of ballance and equilibrium each time as I walked up to begin to bowl each time. My final point about this place is each time we go, we try to use a discount that we get emailed to us. Yhe discounts are not specific and whenever we go in there is some " problem". First time it was that we HAD to have it printed out on paper to bring in . The next time we came in the discount for bowling does not specify a given amount of TIME and only once in there you find out it's only good for ONE hour of time. The next time we had an offer we presented knowing they want PAPER and it's only good for ONE HOUR and this time we had a deal for $50 for up to six people to bowl with a pizza, soda and shoe rental and we get told that it's only valid on THURSDAYS. Even though there was ((( NOTHING))) ON the paper on that we printed from the email stating ANYTHING regarding it being only valid for a specific day. They finally agreed to honor it but it gets annoying and seems to be a reocuring theme with them to not wanna honor face value of there discounts they are advertising and emailing to people.

Spent $75 for 4 children and one adult. That got us 1.5 hours of bowling, shoes, and 5 drinks. Its a bit pricey. $2.75 for a small fountain pop. Other then that, it was great bowling. The lady running everything was kind and helpful. It was packed on a Monday at 2pm but it's also a holiday today (mlk jr. Day). The lady informed me that kids bowl free starts back up in April. So we will check it out again come that time.

My grandson had his 6th birthday there, with 3 kids and parents. Staff was awesome at setting up and with anything else we needed. The upstairs room fit all of us with a little room to spare. The kids enjoyed the bowling. We were also able to decorate the party room. My grandson had a good time and even got a bowling pin for the kids to sign.

I have a friend who is autistic and has a service animal. The attendant placed us at the furthest lane from the entrance where the seating area was in an alcove. The attendant allowed the service animal to have water-food & drink are allowed in this area. The water was spilled as I’m sure many drinks have spilled there in the past. The attendant and another person approached from behind & around a wall separating the kitchen/bathroom areas. This startled my autistic friend & his service animal. The dog barked, not aggressively. The bark stopped on command. The ‘manager’ & attendant initiated an argument stating the animal was not a service animal and we needed to leave. The physical posture of the ‘manager’ was hands on her hips in a bold stance. My friend tried to show her his certification for the animal. Some states & areas have voluntary guidelines for documentation. The manager refused to look and further mocked him by saying it was something he printed off the internet. This angered him and befuddled me. Why would this person be aggressive towards my disabled friend and continue to list her reasons imposing her authority on what she thinks is or is not a service animal. We; my adult son, myself, and our friend started to collect our things & switch out our shoes. The manager continued to stand over us, hands on her hips. I asked her to lower her arms as it was creating anxiousness in all of us. The manager stated proudly “I have a strong presence “ This situation did not call for a strong presence. It called for someone who had thorough knowledge of ADA guidelines & understood under ADA a service dog can bark if startled. Body language can be triggering. It called for compassion in which this...

I booked an open bowling reservation with 3 lanes for my team bonding. I called because I never got any confirmation in my email or messages. The girls i spoke to were very nice, but I never received any kind of confirmation. I, for completely unrelated reasons , had to cancel my two days before. When I called, I asked to cancel it. They said to do it through the website but I was having trouble. I was passed off to the manager Deborah. I told her I wanted to cancel, and she asked me if I was the person who had wanted a confirmation email (that I never received) and I said yes. She became very rude and told me typically we give refunds with gift cards but since you clearly don’t want to bowl with us I can give you a refund and hung the phone up. I found it to be very unprofessional. In all honesty I was going to rebook but the poor service of this woman put me off. I ended up rebooking for a different day at a further and a little more expensive place because the service was that bad. I also got a confirmation email right when i booked. If you are booking for an event I would stay away! The unprofessionalism from Ms. Deborah...
