I can't express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with my recent experience at Michigan Furniture Citi. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Now, let's talk about the quality of the furniture. I purchased a sofa that looked fantastic in the showroom, but when it arrived at my home, it was an absolute disaster. Cheap materials, shoddy craftsmanship, and, to add insult to injury, it started falling apart within days. I can't believe I wasted my hard-earned money on this garbage.

And here comes the real kicker – the pricing. Initially, they lure you in with seemingly competitive prices, but trust me, it's all a facade. They tack on hidden fees, delivery charges, and other mysterious costs that conveniently pop up during the checkout process. It's a classic bait-and-switch scam that left me feeling cheated and ripped off.

To make matters worse, their return policy is a joke. Good luck trying to get a refund or exchange for a product that's falling apart. They conveniently ignore your calls and emails, leaving you stuck with a piece of junk and an empty wallet.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Michigan Furniture Citi at all costs. There are plenty of reputable furniture stores out there with honest business practices and quality products. Don't fall victim to this scam – your sanity and bank account...

Beautiful furniture, however the after service is trash. The owner was very rude and not accommodating after I brought so many family and friends to their place of business.

Selling a vanity with electrical problems that can cause a fire is crazy and all I get is a "this is a discontinued item" then tried to sell me a vanity lesser value(400) than the first plus keep the problem vanity after I paid 600 for it. Didn't make sense. Make sure to read and ask questions don't let them fast talk you!

The mirror on the dresser bedroom set is two pieces so their bedroom set is the bed, dresser, night stand, and the mirror thats on the dresser. You don't get the chess or the bench!

They leave all their boxes which was the icing on the cake. Miguel however was cool but the owner can kick rocks. Not professional at all--leaving in mid conversations without solving the issue.

UPDATEThe delivery company finally came and picked up the trash and replaced my kids dresser. According to them they use a third party delivery company and will not be doing business with them again. Miguel is nice and furniture citi has nice furniture. The delivery service was unsatisfactory. They said they were coming after 11am, they didn’t show up to 6pm.. they came and then left all this trash in my yard with these big boxes saying they couldn’t take it with them. Then they ask for water and to use my bathroom.. it was a horrible experience. They left all this trash in my house and front yard. It was tacky and ghetto to me. This was my first and last time purchasing from them and then my kids furniture is cracked.. they said they have to come back.. 2 strange men in your home, making a mess, and then asking for water and to use the bathroom.. I’ve had furniture delivered before and this was a different vibe....
