Update: Great deals AND great costumer service. I have been contacted by owner who was sure to refund me the money I over paid and also provided complimentary products to apologize for the occurrence. They seemed genuine in trying to make things right and were quick and flexible in correspondence.

Great Deals but WATCH YOUR TOTAL AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! My experience as a first time costumer: I pulled in after seeing they had my favorite brand of cart online. I am IDed at the door and it's a short line. While picking out the order I noticed they are advertising the product as 5 for $50; seeing such a good deal I buy five more than I had intended. However when I got to my car and reviewed the receipt I had been mis-rung. They had given me a 4 for $50 instead and my subtotal was closer to $180ish than the $150 it should have been. I swallowed my social anxiety and went in to let them know the mistake. The staff member apologized but rather than return and re-ring, they gave me $12.50 back in cash after seeing the number appear under "money saved" for some of the carts. Overall I still lost money and feel confused about the whole interaction. This was my first time, but I'm not sure...

This is the best dispensary we’ve ever been to in our lives, best cannabis and cannabis products we’ve ever had. Im so serious about high end quality when it comes to my weed we literally traveled from Atlanta ga literally just to come to this place!!

I would never shop at another shop, with a plug, or at this point even smoke anymore unless we come down here that’s how serious its become. The issue is times have changed, and I just can’t find the quality that Planet Jane carries anywhere else. Then customer service is incredible everyone there is actually passionate about what they do and no matter what’s going on in life, I can rely on this place to get me right !!

I absolutely love this place I used to never go there because I thought that it was expensive it is completely not the people in there are the nicest the greatest I have never been to a dispensary that is so nice when you don't have enough money they take money out of their own pocket and then when you go to pay him back they don't want the money back I'll never stop going to this place the owners the managers they are amazing I also doordash for them before the sweetest most kindest people in the world.
