Imlay Florists, Inc. — Attraction in Zanesville

Really disappointed with this florist. My mom and I spent over an hour choosing what we thought were the right sympathy flowers for a funeral. We chose a winter arrangement of white tulips that we both agreed were beautiful in the picture. The problem is the actual arrangement did not live up to what we saw in the picture. The florist used tulips that hadn't bloomed yet and frankly the bow they used was pitiful in comparison to what was shown in the photo. I know it's the thought that counts but honestly I'm very disappointed in this arrangement and I wish they would have had the sense to use flowers that were already in bloom since they knew it would be displayed in the funeral home.

After using Teleflora to place an order online of an available arrangement to be delivered same-day, I began receiving multiple phone calls and emails for my order to be changed. The flowers in the arrangement were not able to be provided and they were also not able to fulfill my delivery date. After a 3rd phone call the order was to go out next day. I have provided photos of what was actually ordered and what my Aunt actually received. They promised us that the quality and amount of flowers would be provided for the order. NOT THE CASE! This is what was delivered and we are NOT HAPPY! Needless to say it was a better option to send someone to a grocery store to buy an arrangement! Never again will we use this florist...

I ordered a plant for a housewarming gift. I received a call the next morning telling me that they had neither the plant nor the container that I had chosen. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed.

After speaking with Augusta at the shop, we reached a solution but I was still very upset. As it turned out, however, she made up a very nice container with succulents and my sister totally loves it!!
