Mövenpick Living West Hanoi — Attraction in Hà Nội

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Movenpick Hanoi, and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, the service at Movenpick Hanoi was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met with a smile. From the friendly receptionists who greeted me upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping team who kept my room spotless throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality.

Moreover, the hotel's location offered breathtaking views that truly enhanced my experience. Whether I was enjoying a meal at the Com Vong restaurant on the Ground Floor or relaxing in my room, I was treated to panoramic vistas that showcased the beauty of the surrounding area. The captivating interior spaces & ambience of Hanoi provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

What truly sets Movenpick Hanoi apart, however, is the unique experience it offers to its guests. From the innovative design of the rooms to the curated selection of amenities and activities, every aspect of the hotel reflects a commitment to providing a one-of-a-kind stay. Whether I was indulging in a sauna & swinmming pool in VIP lounge, I felt immersed in the spirit of the destination.

Overall, my stay at Movenpick Hanoi was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say that I will be returning in the future. Update as of 12 August 2025: As a repeat guest, I consistently appreciate the exceptional service level provided by the hotel. The room is meticulously maintained, and the facilities are well-stocked. The food and beverages are consistently of the highest quality. I am fortunate to have formed friendships with the hotel staff, and I am deeply grateful for their professionalism. They go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is enjoyable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Duong, Mr. Key, Ms. Huong, Ms. Anh, Ms. Hao, Mr. Marcus, Ms. Anh, Ms. Veronica, and Ms. Evelyn for accompanying me on the stairs walk exercise. I had high expectations when I am staying in a 5-star hotel, but my stay was marred by a significant issue. Upon returning from a day trip, I discovered that my room had been permeated with cigarette smoke. This was particularly distressing as the room was designated as non-smoking. The Customer Experience Manager on duty acknowledged the problem and offered a room upgrade in a suspicious manner - via mentioning that the "just cancelled" room I am offered as a solution. While it did not address the immediate inconvenience and discomfort caused by the incident. A room change does not mitigate the fact that my personal space was violated and my stay disrupted.

Additionally I would say : the location is too far from everything . So stay away from this hotel as much as possible.

Update: Again the comment here will not counted as a customer care. It was mentioned to me in X social media that someone will be in touch with me and since a week and no one connected. Veg options was not a major issue and Kitchen staff helped a lot so no issues over there. Just as a fixed menu it can be improved more veg options.

But the major issue about smoke and our bad experience is as it is and I would say it is still not addressed and felt+feels like no one cared through out...
