FLA VILLAGE - Bungalow & Café Restaurant — Attraction in Phú Quốc

Price was very good, I paid for the Bungalow for one day, 22 hours for the price of 350k. (Check in is from 2PM and leave at 12PM) For 500k you can get two large beds and a much nicer room closer to the pool. Staff was nice and gave me a tour before actually purchasing it for a few nights.

You also have the option of staying there for one month for the price of 4,000,000 vnd which is an amazing price, but I only stayed for about 5 days. Will reconsider staying for a month if I ever visit again.

I stayed in room 210 and 207. The rooms looked pretty clean and felt extremely luxurious and private especially for the price of about $20 cad/night. Showers were amazing with the very hot water. Beds were comfortable with many outlets around the room. There was even a kettle and hairdryer. The hot water speed varies from room to room as I noticed, room 210 looked much nicer but the hot water was slow compared to room 207. It would be nice if there was handsoap but was not too much of an issue. The TV was unfortunately very slow and useless. The free wifi was decent enough for social media. Staff came in the afternoon to clean the washroom, change old towels, add new amenities like toothbrushes and water bottles. The front gates are closed at 11PM for everyone’s security which was great. To get in, you just ring the doorbell and show the keycard.

The location of the resort is great. Personally for me, I have family that lives very close to the hotel so it was easy to go in every day. The hotel has many electric taxis inside the huge free parking space. If you walk outside, there is a huge convenience store to the left and restaurants & spas to the right. Further down there is a small market filled with clothes, phone accessories and toys. The resort is 20-25 minutes away from the Phu Quoc Ferry dropoff.

You should note there are rules with significantly high fees although it was pretty easy to not break any of them. I was worried that some stuff might be “set” so you would be charged for stuff that was already broken but this was not the case, fortunately. It is a very trustworthy and honest hotel. For example, loosing the card swiper will result in a fee of 500k and clogging the toilet will result in a 1,000,000vnd fee. Just follow the rules and be responsible and you should be good.

The pool was very clean and was large enough to spend 1-2 hours in before getting tired! They even provided some floaties for the kids. The pool was not crowded at all during the whole afternoon. I had brought 7 guests to enjoy the pool on 2 different days and was not charged any extra.

Room service was pretty hard to find sometimes but ordering the food was easy. Room service lady was extremely welcoming and nice. I ordered the garlic bread and received so much for the low price of 30k, food was delicious and ordered multiple times. They aren’t so strict on the rule mentioning that you get charged for eating in the room. After clarifying with the host, the food must not have an odor and I was good.

One issue I had during the stay was on the 5th day, the power was out till 6PM because of construction with no warning at all, called reception and they reduced the price of the day to 250k, and provided free breakfast. The room was extremely hot and everything in the fridge got ruined, there was ice previously left by other people who stayed in the room and was never cleaned out, the ice melted and the floor was soaked including my personal items. Other than that my stay was perfect.

At the end of the trip, my total was 350k/night as mentioned so this was a very trustworthy hotel, especially as a tourist. Mình cùng gia đình đến Flamingo Village vào cuối tháng 11 và có thuê 2 hạng phòng là 1 bungalow view bể bơi và 1 phòng đôi tiết kiệm. Bố mẹ mình ở phòng bungalow sạch sẽ, nhiều cây và rất thoáng. Mình ở phòng đôi tiết kiệm sạch sẽ, đủ tiện ích. Hôm mình ở thì trong phòng đôi tiết kiệm có chút mùi không thoải mái lắm (có thể là mùi thuốc muỗi hoặc sát khuẩn) và đêm đó mưa to nên hơi ồn.  Nói chung về phòng, nhất là bungalow rất oke, giá rẻ, không gian như kiểu resort thu nhỏ. Rất khuyến nghị mọi người chọn phòng này khi tới. Còn phòng đôi tiết kiệm nếu bạn nào có ý định du lịch dài ngày 1 mình thì nên chọn nha. Bữa sáng sạch sẽ và đảm bảo. Ngon thì tùy khẩu vị mọi người ạ. Ngay cổng vào có rất nhiều quán ăn bình dân/tạp hóa nên rất tiện. Giá xe 4c tại Fla rất rẻ. Và anh taxi 4c tên Tường Fla gọi giúp mình thì lấy giá rất rẻ và dễ mến, chỉ cho mình nhiều điều hay. Mình có thuê xe 7c bên Fla liên kết để đi Nam Đảo. Nếu bạn đi ít điểm phía nam thì có thể thử tham khảo bên khác giá sẽ tốt hơn. Còn nếu đi luôn theo tour của Fla thì đi luôn cho tiện.

Trừ một chút cảm giác không thoải mái lắm khi mình trao đổi qua tin nhắn do có thể hai bên không hiểu hết được ý nhau còn khi gặp mọi người từ bạn lái xe 4c của Fla rất thú vị cho tới cô đầu bếp đều rất dễ mến và lịch sự. Gia đình mình cần đi sớm nên có làm phiền giấc sáng của các bạn nhưng các bạn cũng rất chuyên nghiệp hỗ trợ.

Chưa có duyên trải nghiệm tour nhà Fla thiết kế trong lần đi này do mình muốn chủ động hơn trong lịch trình và ngân sách nên cần đầy đủ các thông tin và báo giá sớm trước khi tới để lựa chọn. Nếu gia đình bạn có đông người khoảng từ 6-8 ng thì cứ thoải mái đến Fla rồi đặt các dịch vụ  mà mình muốn sau vì giá sẽ oke cho đoàn nhiều người.  Mình đọc đc nhiều phản hồi tốt. Note: Anh Tường taxi có bảo với mình rằng bây giờ các dịch vụ tại PQ rất thuận tiện nên nếu bạn nào ko phải làm một chuyến đi quá chỉn chu cho gia đình và ko áp lực cần phải hoàn thiện hết tất cả các lịch trình trước chuyến đi như mình thì cứ đến đó rồi mình đăng kí các dịch vụ sau. Bản thân mình sợ là ko đăng kí thì đến đó sẽ hết slot tham gia nên lỡ dở chuyến đi. Đến rồi đăng kí giá sẽ rẻ hơn và ko phải đặt cọc nếu lỡ có việc đột xuất hoặc thời tiết xấu thì mình có thể chuyển sang phương án khác. Hiện tại bên Rạch Vẹm biển đẹp, có sao, ít người và hoang sơ hơn phía Nam Đảo. Nên nếu chọn 1 trong 2 rất khuyến nghị mọi người chọn đi Rạch Vẹm cho nhẹ nhàng nha ạ. I moved here after a week on the island because my previous hotel was too loud. This place was exactly what I was looking for, a peaceful stay near the swimming pool (but no mosquitos) People say it's a bit further from the city centre but there is a free bus, plus grab is very cheap, and obviously if you have a bike it's not a problem to move around the island at all. Excellent communication, all staff spoke very good English and replied on their WhatsApp very quickly and in general were very accommodating and nice. My previous hotel was right at the city centre and I got tired of the noise pretty quickly, so I would say this place is excellent for someone a bit more introverted or even better for couples.
