This supermarket has been around for years. Suffered a tragedy but rose from the Ashes only to become better than before. I enjoy the customer service and I have always been in love with their bread from the bakery 😍. Their prices are reasonable and alcoholic beverages are surprisingly affordable. The meat from the butchery is amazingly good. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. This place has stood the test of time and still I have a good shopping experience whenever I pass through.

so a lot of people have told me that Melisa has the best produce in Lusaka. NOT true! 90% of their produce are so disgusting i literally had to walk out. Rotten most of them and with roches in them such as the pineapple in the picture. Pick n Pay and shoprite have way better produce than Melisa. Also looks very dirty in comparison to Shoprite. Also prices are higher than Shoprite sometimes even double. Also always tends to be dirty never looks clean

Always a good stop to make to get almost everything. Very helpful staff and a constant supply of fresh fruit and vegetables always on hand. They now stock a few more exotic items that you can only get from the UK eg proper Nutella, Kelloggs variants (not your usual, boring supply of cornflakes that most supermarkets stock). Of course some lines being imported special will cost a bit more but they are worth it

Always a good stop to make to get almost everything. Very helpful staff and a constant supply of fresh fruit and vegetables always on hand. The Kabulonga shop is very clean. Wide isled with a variety of fresh farm produce. Found large juicy celery there amongst other veggies. Yummy! Prices are on average similar to the other supermarkets. I did however find a good deal on large green Calamata olives. I could not see the seasonal mince pies however so they lost my business to PnP Centro Mall. Happy staff at the counter too encouraging me to buy chocolate- a huge difference from the normal unsmiling almost automatonic staff at other shops. All-in-all a great ...

This supermarket has all household groceries including rare ones that are not found in other outlets. They have a wide range of quality products. However, I have rated them so low because of very porous security. This supermarket has seen more car break-ins than most other malls. Ensure you do not leave any valuables in your car when at this supermarket. If you have valuables then ensure you leave someone in the car to keep guard. A good outlet that may lose clients due to poor security. When security improve I will adjust...

Just wondering why the Tills are full of supervisors watching over the transactions? Kinda make you feel like you have just arrived at Kennedy airport in the USA and immigration officers are busy checking your passport and other documents. That's so intimidating and very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was not supposed to buy from there.

Reduce the number of supervisors to one coz the one I paid from had 4, 2 black girls and 2 Greek men!!!!
