Tigmoo Eats- Food Delivery in Lusaka(Zambia) — Local services in Lusaka Province

I paid for my food through the app via mtn mobile money and the transaction went through. My account was debited but no order was made and I didn’t get a call neither did I receive my food. I tried reaching out to them through their app and even tried calling them directly but I got no response. They have very poor customer service the least they could have done is refunded the money. This place don't deserve one star. Deleted the app after my 8th order. Each time there is an issue. Either food arrives cold and late. Or need to be refunded as the items are not on restaurants menu. Always some excuse. Useless app keeps on crashing regularly.
