Can't describe how this hotel is really like... all I can think of doesn't make it any justice because it's not even enough.
Hotel Madero is simply ABOVE AND BEYOND with their service, attention, solutions. I wish we had it around the world and not just in Buenos Aires.
From the simplest thing like cleaning a room, to any call to reception to request something. Excellence is not even close to any word that could describe them.
I had the pleasure to stay here for 8 days and 7 nights... we would have breakfast ready by the time we would wake up. Their breakfast buffet is excellent!! I loved it!! Loved the service from each and all their employees. We also had the pleasure to request room services in two occasions and their food was just as delightful as their breakfast. Their menu is hugely varied and everything tasted heavenly.
Me and my partner became closed to one of their bellboys, his name is Renzo. We would call to reception to ask for help with anything and they would solve it within 5 seconds. They provide free wifi in all areas of their awesome hotel for those who don't have service out of the US as well.
Most thoughtful crew and hotel I have ever encountered. I wish I can go back to Buenos Aires someday mainly to stay again at the Hotel Madero. It was a...
Read moreThe location is very good, situated in the district of Puerto Madero. It's a contemporary area surrounded by new buildings and stores, with a supermarket and several other shops within walking distance, as well as numerous restaurants along the corniche. Additionally, it's a short walk to downtown, making the location very convenient.||The hotel appears to be an old apartment building that has been renovated. The lobby and ground floor are nicely decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the rooms are the hotel's weakness and hence my 4 stars rating. They are old and lack charm or luxury. The bathtub has cracks, and the toiletries are of cheap quality.||The gym is decent but small. There is a sauna as well and a pool (that I did not use). ||Wifi is super fast and has good coverage all around the hotel. ||Service, on the other hand, is attentive and very nice. Everyone was courteous and polite, which was a positive aspect of the stay.||Breakfast is good, but they really need to improve their coffee; it's shameful. There's a nice coffee shop/bakery called Ble across the street where I recommend having breakfast instead. They serve the best croissants and...
Read moreMy family and I stayed here for a full week and had an enchanted experience. Angel at Red Resto treated us like family, every day. We just got home today and we already miss him! And truly all the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant, bar, and spa were very good to us, despite us not speaking Spanish very well. Everyone really took great care of us. Sebastian was great to us, as were Julio and Maximiliano and many many others! We highly recommend Hotel Madero to anyone hesitant to travel here due to not speaking Spanish. Most of the hotel staff speaks very good English and will kindly help you if you want to try to speak Spanish. As a side note: Buenos Aires is beautiful and is like old European architecture in the heart of the city meeting the modern architecture of Puerto Madero. The people are very kind despite the economy of Argentina suffering in recent years. We heard there are some pickpocket issues in other areas of Buenos Aires, but not in Puerto Madero. Overall just highly highly recommend Hotel Madero! The restaurant is very fine dining too! Impeccable flavors and clearly...
